Hotel service is very good, my appreciation to Peter, very helpful! Hygiene is very clean, the room is very large, health is very good, very convenient, people are also very warm, the front desk is also very beautiful room is very clean, bathroom is very good, hot water is very strong, each room has disinfection, bed sheets are very clean, I like this decoration style, the room is very big, Hotel facilities are also very good.

Returned for the first time since 2021 and it remains an excellent hotel. IHG membership was added at check-in after booking with Trip and status applied. The recent refurbishment and rebrand has improved the lobby area & breakfast restaurant, and the rooms are comfortable with a powerful shower. Breakfast was generally excellent, hot food was actually hot (!) with plenty of choice. There is plenty of local food in the nearby streets which is great value. There's also a shopping mall close by with restaurants downstairs. It's a short walk to the Line 13 metro which is a 30 minute ride into the city centre, with Line 7 a 10-15 minute walk away. It's an easy 35min taxi from Pudong Airport. The only issue was the room was pretty hot, and while you can open a small window, in November it's still pretty warm outside and there was no cool air from the air-conditioning system. Thanks to Andy and Sunny for looking after us. We'll be back!

A local shopping mall nearby, conveient for buying some food and daily use stuff. I took DiDi all the time, so location doesn't matter. The hotel room is big, and clean, although some issue with the shower pan in my room. Breakfast is above average, compared to hotels in China. Staff are friendly.

I’m visiting an expo in Shanghai. Crown plaza is a good choice of the overall value. Breakfast and the Italian restaurant are great.

酒店交通方便，前台給升級了房型，早餐也蠻好的，總體還是滿意的，衹説幾個小的改進建議吧：wifi網絡不穩時常斷聯，建議檢查下設備；房間空調聲音很大，門也要很用力關才能關上，聲響很大，在房間裏也能聽到其他房間用力關房門的聲音，有點困擾，建議也做個檢修；早餐高峯時段餐廳的服務有點跟不上，食物補充有點慢，咖啡機出現小故障也沒人及時處理，建議關注。

房間還是一如既往的好，這一次的來的話會發現嗎？床頭是有兩個usb充電插口的，鬧鐘上面可以無線充電，下次來做都不用帶充電頭了，直接帶線就好了，特別的好，然後三樓游泳健身的壁畫也很酷炫，非常適合打卡，我是不鍛鍊來打卡的。前台老上海叫王琳服務。細心的幫我安排了朝公園的景觀房住着，特別的滿意，他人也很熱情。禮賓小張那就是幫忙送的行李，一如既往表現的優秀，滿意好評，下次還來住。

裝修比較新，前台給升級了房。五星級酒店浴缸也沒有。酒店服務挺好的。就是健身房泳池人多。帶着小孩在人少的地方遊，被游泳教練反覆提醒，最後直接趕人了，讓去旁邊兩三人擠一個泳道。

第一次入住這個酒店，對酒店的設施，衞生，環境，服務，都很滿意，辦入住的前台小姑娘很好，我提的問題都有認真的回答我，還給做了房型的免費升級，禮賓小哥哥還把行李給我送到了房間，也很不錯，下次還會選擇這家酒店的，非常不錯👍
