Ulasan Hotel Universal Port

I was very disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff. Upon arriving with my 9-year-old son and three pieces of luggage (one large and two small), the staff merely looked at us without offering any assistance to move the luggage onto the trolley. After collecting my room key, another staff simply pointed in the direction of the lift without offering any help. I had to manage all the luggage, along with two backpacks, and carry everything to the room myself while also looking after my child.

Spacious room. 10 mins walk to USJ. Has a luggage forwarding service at the lobby. Also 5 mins walk to the Captain Line ferry. Good for those visiting Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan. Strict about check in timing. Overall was a good stay.

decided on this hotel due to the location as we got a 1.5day ticket to USJ, clean and large room for 4 people, just that 1 of the bed was a sofa bed instead of a regular bed and the furniture are old too. room was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. breakfast spread was good.

Great experience, although the location is not the closest to the amusement park, the journey actually only takes 10 minutes. There is an advantage to queuing early, ensuring that you get to play in the Mario themed area. In addition, the hotel lobby is beautiful, themed with Minions. There are also snack shops with reasonable prices, and the staff are friendly and courteous. From the room, you can directly see the backstage and a small part of the amusement park, which is a very interesting experience. I will highly recommended and definitely stay at this hotel again next time, and will also recommend it to friends.

Had a fabulous stay here, room was clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast spread was decent. Its a short walk to USJ less than 15 minutes. The queue starts as early as 8am, be there early and get express ticket if you want to enjoy all rides. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you!

The location of the Hotel is right next to the USJ, so we could spend all our times in the Park instead of traveling. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered variety of elections from oriental to western dishes. We also used room service for dinner and it was so seamless. Additionally, there is Capt Line ferry service right at the back of the Hotel, it travels to Osaka Aquarium, Lego Discovery Centre and Tempozan Giant Wheel within 10 mins each way. We highly recommend this Hotel if you are visiting USJ and other adjacent locations!

Very clean and spacious room, bath salt face wash in room. Toilet and bathing area separated. Air purifier in room ,sitting area in the room.Ice and cold water dispenser near lift lobby,.Microwave oven in the lobby and on every floor. USJ across the street making it fast access to the park. Free coin huge locker for guests who have checked out.Need not look for lockers at the park or Universal station.Air purifier in room. Park view room can see USJ across the street.

Very nice hotel close to USJ. It was quite spacious and the staff were very friendly. I forgot something in the hotel after check out and the staff were very helpful to allow me to go and retrieve the item.

Best to visit universal for just short walk. The room is so spacious and clean. They also have good service

Lovely bright and clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was not worth the price though, and identical menu everyday.

It is a lovely location with reasonable prices and a good variety of food choices
