Me and my daughter had a weekend trip in Shanghai, staff was super helpful. Hotel is very pretty, clean and has excellent views. Location is perfect.

Worth the money, close to all attractions and the local restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern fashion style, suiting for all people.

Positives: Location is good. Clean hotel. The staff were nice and kind. Negatives: - self service: we have to take the luggages from the car to our rooms by our self. - no mirrors and desk in the room. - The smell of smoking is strong and sometimes covers the ground floor. - The reception staff do not speak English, so communication is done by phone only.

New and clean hotel. Very close to the center. I definitely recommend it. The reception is very attentive. The breakfast is delicious. I will come again.

this is the most amazing hotel in Shanghai that you can’t find any other places better than this. It was a beautiful stay, kind staff and good location. Everything is beyond than expected. The staff are hightlight of this hotel, they very professional and kind, helpful from manager to all the staff. Also, they are very thoughful to prepare a birthday cake for my birthday. 😍😍😍 thanks for your preparing. ❤️ I would like to special thanks to manager 钟英武 and front desk staff 王星 and the housekeeper 刘家焕 and all of the staff had served me during my stay. They are very helpful and kind. I very appreciated. Definately, i will come back to Shanghai one day when it colder season and for sure will come back this hotel and I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Even i can’t speak Chinese but somehow they still understand and help me everything I need. P/S: This review has been written base on my stay in 1 week I stayed in this hotel. Hotel is situated in a well location. Super accessible to nanjing walking street. The room was clean and well maintained too! Recommend for stay!

The hotel is just some minutes walk from People’ Square subway station, exit 14. The room size is enough, not big but not small and facilities are new. You can easily access to shops, restaurants, snack food. Bicycle renting is around and 1 straight ride to the Bund. Great stay!

In the street of the hotel you can see the pearl tower. Good location right next to the subway.

The hotel was a good location, but breakfast service was not great we went at 9.30 and the lady refused us. Nobody really speaks English, so communication was not easy. The room and bed were nice.
