Ulasan Amanyangyun

Our stay at Aman Yangyun was an unforgettable experience for our family. We arrived at the hotel by taxi from the airport, but we encountered a problem as we couldn’t complete the payment due to issues with our Alipay setup. The hotel staff quickly stepped in, escorting us to the lobby and taking care of the payment on our behalf. Moreover, since the taxi driver had charged us an unreasonably high amount, the staff even negotiated a reduction for us. Their swift and thoughtful actions gave us a great sense of relief. While every aspect of our stay was exceptional, the following experiences left a particularly lasting impression: 1. **Calligraphy Workshop with the Kids** We participated in a calligraphy session as a family, where we learned the techniques of writing and created beautiful pieces under the guidance of the instructor. 2. **Cycling Adventures** We rented bikes and explored the vast forest adjacent to the hotel. The cycling experience was incredibly refreshing and rejuvenating. 3. **New Year’s Fireworks** At midnight on New Year’s Eve, a spectacular fireworks display lit up the sky. The sheer volume of fireworks was astonishing—far beyond what you’d expect from a single hotel. It was a truly satisfying experience, and we could tell that a great deal of effort and expense had gone into the celebration. 4. **Peaceful Landscape with Wildlife** The hotel grounds were home to deer, black swans, and a beautiful river, creating a serene and idyllic landscape that was both calming and delightful. This stay will remain a cherished memory for our family.

This is officially my favorite resort in the world! Located in the outskirts of Shanghai, Amanyangyun allows you to experience heaven on Earth. The moment we checked into the hotel, the service of the entire staff made us feel so welcomed and special. Our suite in the Ming Pavilion was also so spacious and luxurious. Although the resort is located far away from the heart of Shanghai, the cultural experience classes, morning fitness classes, spa, the three restaurants on site, and more keep you entertained the entire stay. Of the three restaurants on site, we enjoyed the hot pot place the most as we loved the freshness of the seafood. We got to relax at the spa a little too but next time I want to spend a lot more time there. It was so relaxing and nice. I will definitely be back at Amanyangyun again!

One of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed and the service level at this hotel is by far the top of anything I’ve ever tried.

Aman always stands apart, and Amanyanyun is no exception. This is a stunningly beautiful resort, full of elegance and charm, nestled in the outskirts of Shanghai. Our room was as spacious as usual. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. We had an amazing experience cycling through the resort's forest, immersing ourselves in nature and the beautiful scenery. The Jiang Xi cuisine at the resort's Chinese restaurant was also exceptional. The staff's English proficiency and the housekeeping team's room service could use some improvement. However, when we provided this feedback to Mr. Johnny, the Room Manager, he listened to us with genuine sincerity and goodwill. Thus, despite these minor imperfections, Aman remains number one in our hearts.

The stay was impressive. Not only was the room spacious, the site was also peaceful will very few other guests at the time we went. The environment was so nice that we forgot we were in Shanghai. Experiences of having hotpot next to the river, cycling around the large park, visiting the antique villa and learning about the history, were exceptional. We were amazed by Johnny Qin and his team's warm hospitality and heart-touching service, especially the hand-drawn welcome card which bear the logo of our company. Attentions were paid to every detail during our stay. Penny was our yoga tutor and she was so friendly in teaching us and also taking pictures for us. Highly recommended. As for the afternoon tea on the boat, we had a great chat with Kevin Li 李城城, rounding up a sweet and memorable experience for us at Amanyangyun. Will definitely come back again.

Good Service, Good stay and great food

This is my first Aman stay ! I came here because I wanted to experience Kerry Hill’s work in personal ! Very well kept and the surrounding is just so beautiful and surreal ! The staff were really attentive especially Ms Susan ! She took the initiative to link me up on WeChat which makes communication so much easier ! I ate a pepino melon without knowing what it was and I asked her. She then packed a box for me to take home :) I am so touched by the sincerity and care they render to their customers ! I think I am so spoilt by the whole Aman service that I will definitely return for more ! Thank you Ms Susan ! Keep in touch ~

今年八月入住了養雲安縵的套房，當時就被推薦安縵經典的古宅，值此1月1日元旦跨年之際過來一探究竟。此次節日活動豐富，我也是選擇性的參加了點燈儀式和跨年煙火晚會，尤其是精心設計而又隆重的煙花表演令人印象非常深刻，讓這次入住體驗變得更加熱烈，難忘。 入住古宅，最直觀的感受是它的歷史氣息，每一根木樑上都寫了吉祥的詞語，可以很明顯的感受到設計師用心良苦所想體現出的靜謐，自然，簡易而不簡單的奢華。歷史的庭院古宅配合著現代的傢俱，設計，以及科技的加持讓此次居住的體驗相比於正常的別墅套房而言昇華不少。入住前準備的豐盛的水果，巧克力蛋糕，點心，堅果，香檳，也讓人的味覺得到充分的滿足。 不過總的來説，入住過程中還是有一些小問題，比如説單卧古宅會與三家共享一個庭院和泳池設施，還比如卧室的門必須用房卡才能打開，夜晚庭院可以透過遮陽簾看到客廳內部等等。 説到這裏，就不得不提安縵的管家服務，我此次出行對接的管家是MIKI，她讓我所遇到的一切問題都不再是問題，都得到了妥善的解決。她的存在讓這次入住體驗與正常的五星級奢華酒店直接拉開一大截。可以切身感受無微不至的用心和對客人的真誠幫助。 清晨在馬橋公園跑完五公里後去銀廬看着梅花鹿和湖景吃豐盛的早餐，飯後返回古宅享受藍天白雲下的庭院温泉，古宅確實給足了舒適的狀態以迎接新的一年，不虧安縵隱世和舒適的美名。 我在以下附20張照片，讓看到這條評論的人們可以一瞥古宅的風貌，理解貴有貴的價值，同時我也體會到古宅的體驗並非一蹴而就，而是在不同的節日氛圍下可以獲得不同的感受。 最後，再次感謝MIKI，感謝安縵團隊，你們在夜幕和煙花下忙碌的身影令人印象深刻，凌晨三點才得以休息，清晨一早又已早早就位更是令我感動。祝你們2025年新年快樂，也希望安縵越來越好。

祝養雲安縵的大部分工作人員2025蛇年新年快樂（這本應是條差評，秦經理拯救了這條評論） 房間：基礎房型，房間的佈局很有設計感，對光線的把控恰到好處，黑色的浴缸不知道用的什麼材質，浴缸表面温潤細膩，水珠不掛壁，用毛巾擦拭會速幹，讓人覺得浴缸很乾凈。 晚餐：中餐廳主打江西菜，江西菜以辣著稱，江西菜的辣和川菜的辣完全不一樣，入口沒有辣的感覺，辣味會在口中慢慢的瀰漫擴散最後爆炸（這種感覺很有意思，需要細品，我也是第二次吃的時候才注意到江西菜的辣椒和正常辣椒的區別），對於不能吃辣的人餐廳還有另一份不辣的菜單，另一份菜單的菜品相對來説遜色很多，結論就是能吃辣的一定要來這家餐廳嘗一下江西菜。推薦菜：黑松露蜜豆塔塔，辣椒炒肉。 早餐：半自助式早餐，意式和中式早餐結合。推薦菜：菜墩子，葱油拌麪。 早課：用完早餐一定要去水療中心上一下早課，在瑜伽室體驗了八段錦和養生棍法，元氣滿滿。 周邊：酒店旁有一個酒店專屬不對外開放的公園，酒店對住店客人提供免費的自行車，可以騎行慢跑，但僅僅是個公園，不要有太大期待。 小童探索中心：免費的自行車在這裏取，每天有不同的小童活動。 楠書房：並不是書房，而是一個賣金絲楠木傢俱的地方。 精品店：Nina Nino 可以買到一家三口一起穿的羊絨針織衫。 服務：餐廳和禮賓部很棒，前廳和楠書房有待改進。

朋友求婚以及跨年倒數酒店安排的得都很棒，房間幫忙佈置的很温馨，而且還有手寫卡片，跨年夜貼心準備的香檳都很喜歡滿意。唯獨跨年夜的酒吧活動有點拉垮，暢飲品類，點心都不太行，其它都很完美，不得不説是看過最有儀式感的私人定製煙花配置了！
