Ulasan Gokurakuyu Spa Hotel (Shanghai Biyun)

The food in the hotel is amazing. They have 2 restaurants and one cafeteria open until late. I highly recommend to try their food. Ask them for advice, they know which are their best dishes! I loved the pizza.

The premium room with windows was very nice. Very spacious and comfortable, clean and nicely decorated in Japanese style. Breakfast was very good and the free entrance to the bathhouse is an amazing perk. Reserve at least 3 hours to enjoy the bathhouse experience!

Relaxing hot spring, not too many people. Recharged and refreshing. Room without window was a bit depressing.

Very good value for money, clean hotel, good location.Schort walk from the metro station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, they really try to do their best. The SPA is must visit. Included in the price. Nice hot water basins,mini jacuzzis, saunas, hot stone and salt heated relaxing rooms. Different body treatments, massages. In the lobby is the restaurant, café, gaming machines, children play area. Easy check in/out, more than all necessary provided. I did booked for 1 night, finally spent 3 nights there:) Really enjoyed it:) Room was cleaned every day, comfortable mattress and pillows. I recommend to stay there , I had a relaxing, good sleep nights:) Thanks for your hard work:) I definitely will be back with my family:))

Room is clean, service is very good, but nearby is quite dark at night, and a bit far from metro.

It was a clean and relaxing hotel, the hot springs was perfect, it has also different things to play game and enjoy in the hotel.

Great to stay if you like soaking in the hot springs.

This hotel is great. You can enjoy hot springs at a cheaper rate if you occupy a room. Their hospitality is awesome and they’re quite helpful to foreigners as well.

這次因為極樂湯川沙店和臨港店都訂滿了，所以訂了金橋店。 服務：分為3個部分來説 1.接送泊車: 5星⭐，來回的師傅都很熱情，客氣； 2.搓背阿姨: 5星⭐，問了阿姨很多，阿姨都很耐心的介紹，搓背選的是266套餐，搓完還做了護理和按摩，送了海藻泥面膜，阿姨手法一點也不比按摩店的差； 3.客房接待部門: 1星⭐，從剛到酒店就很雞肋，一女生面無表情，讓我説了很多遍我的名字，都説查不到我的訂單。我説攜程訂的，她也説查不到。報訂單編號也查不到。好不容易查到了，説房間還沒打掃好，讓我等她通知。我説規定是14:00就可以辦理入住，我已經15:00才到，還沒打掃完這要算到我頭上？那我等待的時間是否可以在房費上打折？她就馬上變了，説要去問問。後面又催了她好幾次，另外一位**事幫忙辦理了入住。 晚上就搞笑了，小朋友半夜11點被蚊子咬醒，身上好幾個大包，問酒店有沒有止癢的葯物，酒店説沒有，問有沒有電蚊拍，也沒有。衹能自己點外賣買了止癢膏。打給前台説屋頂都是蚊子🦟，前台説會來看下。但是一直不來就直接下去問，正好聽到其他客人也在投訴蚊子，他們也説沒辦法。我説每天那麼多人投訴，作為酒店不應該提前做好準備嗎？前台説明天會跟主管説，我説明天我就走了。我説我就是要一個工具來打蚊子，不然這一晚上也不要睡了。最後才給我送了一個掃把來，我也怕弄臟酒店的設施，包了個塑料袋，才開始打蚊子🦟。 酒店部的管理真的是太差了，歸根到底就是領導的問題。極樂湯幾個門店我都住過，一年都要住好幾次，就你們金橋店有蚊子，不知道怎麼做的管理。

作為金橋片區難得的都市温泉祕境，極樂湯碧雲館確實展現了日式湯泉的規模優勢。進門即贈的浴資票誠意滿滿，女賓區湯池養護得宛如鏡面般透亮，十餘種特色池區更是讓人彷彿穿越到箱根温泉鄉——當然，若男賓區能減少些沉浸式清潔行為（偶遇某位在池中專注揉搓角質層的豪邁湯友實屬意外收穫），整體體驗或許會更貼近京都風雅。 娛樂區體驗幾乎都要消費。 特別要稱讚客房內極具設計美學的圓形浴缸，釉麪在光影下流轉着藝術品般的光澤。衹是當指尖劃過浴缸邊緣時，那種介於陶瓷與蜜蠟之間的奇妙觸感，讓人不禁聯想起某些主打"包漿"概念的文玩藏品。建議追求極致潔凈度的客人，不妨將目光投向窗外日式枯山水庭院——畢竟真正的禪意，在於心無掛礙。

雖然不願意給差評，但還是要説，蚊子太多了，睡前打了十幾個，睡着後每一個多小時被蚊子咬醒打四五衹，最後實在沒辦法堵住了中央空調和通風孔。

設施：房間內非常乾淨，床很舒服。智能馬桶。 衞生：進門脱鞋，全程在地板上走，打掃的非常乾淨。 服務：日式服務，幾乎每個地方都有服務人員。 有專門的女士休息區，還有觀影區，小童區，還有室外吸煙區
