Terdapat pembasmi kuman automatik di dalam bilik lif, yang sangat bertimbang rasa. Sedikit menyusahkan untuk menggunakan kad dan bukannya kad semasa menaiki lif dan membuka pintu. Semua yang lain cukup bagus.

Boleh dikatakan sarapan pagi itu pasti berbaloi. Walaupun jenisnya tidak banyak berubah, perkhidmatan kakitangannya sangat baik, dan mereka akan secara aktif bertanya kepada anda apa yang anda perlukan. Pada harga ini, ia hampir membunuh hotel lain pada tahap yang sama.

Arrived late evening. Staff was not that friendly but checkin was fast. Room was clean and less noise from the outside which is very good. Location is superb 2-300m walking distance to metro line 7, 3 and 4. Breakfast was good different Chinese menu on each day I can tried new things

Disappointing experience, we booked this hotel expecting IHG standards at this place, but instead we got this experience: -we had to change the room a couple of times because of strong cigarette smell (on a non-smoking floor) -the room we ended up staying at had an opened medicine box in the fridge, and there were a lot of stains and hair on the carpet -loud noise from the street and metro, even on the 26th floor -when approaching and talking to the receptionist, I was ignored, she would directly turn to my Chinese boyfriend and not even greet me. Same happened at check-out -public area was not clean, used face masks on the sofas

It’s not a center location. 25-30min taxi ride to the center but the neighborhood is full of street foods since it is near the subway and train station. The people around the neighborhood are friendly with tourist. Unfortunately, not all hotel staffs can speak english… but they tried to be helpful… wifi are free. The room were just the right size for people with many luggages and a wheelchair. Their bathroom dont have bidet that’s why the amenities is just 4… the rooms were very clean, walking barefoot on their carpet wont leave your feet dirty..the buffet breakfast are just right.. more of the chinese cuisine. Our overall experience is good especially for the price… keep it up!

The hotel is located within a short distance to the subway station. Free breakfast selection is quite limited and mostly just carbs. The room is relatively spacious and bed is comfortable.

I like this hotel because the service is good, the room has everything you need for a nice stay in shanghai. Close to the city center and convenient for transportation. Front desk service is good too! They speak English and understand both Chinese and western service standards

Excellent location directly by the metro station. Many shops and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast is provided from 6:30am and free WiFi is available onsite. The bed has a choice of soft or firm pillows and is very comfortable. The room was quiet at night which is not often the case at other hotels in China.

Well, decent room and decent service. Great location near subway station. But honestly the price is a bit to high compared to the standard and other hotels.

I mostly stay in this hotel, good service great front desk and the hotel manager is very nice , close to subway station .

Good amenities, good breakfast, had a pleasant stay. Harry and Fane at the front desk were very helpful. Stayed for 6 nights, had AC Issues for 3 nights and didn't sleep properly, the staff informed that they've not been switching on the AC because the weather was good. Not sure if it was true but the AC started working fine once the window was kept closed. Either way, they should have looked into it sooner. Other than that, everything else was great.

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights in Shanghai so we decided to stay here. Easy to find the hotel since it is very close to a subway station. Everything was fine during our stay. Only thing is the exercise room is really only 2 machines. So if you need a place with a gym then this is not a good choice. Other than that everything was fine. Good location and shops close by.

Close to Shanghai station so very convenient for quick trips to Shanghai. Breakfast was OK but other holiday inns I've stayed at had better selections. Would return here though
