We had very nice staying experience there n especially served well by hotel manager Frankie . His hospitality was great n helped us in booking our car trip n even our restaurant booking. Will definitely come back again . Another plus about this was were served with complimentary warm wanton soup everyday .

As a business traveller, when I go to a hotel, I crave familiarity, as there are often enough surprises at work. At the Radisson Xing Guo, I had high expectations, check-in process was smooth and the room was nice. However, when I came back after work, the dirty cups were still inside my room and when I called down to front desk, they sent replacement glasses from room service without any spoons after a long wait. On my second day returning from work, there was only half the normal nunber of bottles of water. The continuous little errors were unfortuante as I never knew what else would go wrong. Hotel overall was nice, and should definitely spend more time training room servicing staff.

I used to live near Xing Guo hotel before I moved overseas. This hotel was actually my dream hotel when I was a teenager. And finally, I got the chance to stay here! 😆 Absolutely amazing hotel! Very well maintained. Hotel room is beautifully designed. I really loved the decor. Service is also on top! And the view of my old neighbourhood is stunning as always. ✌🏼 My friend also enjoyed the stay and surroundings. Overall, this hotel is far beyond my expectation.

the hotel was nice and great location. quiet and calming. the service was great and got to have free wonton soup everyday that was delicious. Rooms were clean and big. Would book again

Absolutely incredible hospitality from the staff! I had a medical emergency during our (short) trip and the staff went above and beyond to help. Besides the great location and comfy rooms/beds I would certainly suggest you stay here if looking for a relaxing Shanghai stay.

Pros: location, modern facilities, COVID test organization, assistance from staff, turn down service included a Snickers, free health kit upon check in, spacious bathtubs, free orange juice daily, a robot that will deliver your outdoor food orders, complimentary upgrade to an all female floor and panoramic room Cons: breakfast (It was honestly shocking how poor the breakfast was for a 5 star restaurant. Very limited options and only a few of each things were available. Might be because of COVID restrictions but I never left feeling full or pleased after eating) I'd definitely suggest this hotel if you want to stay in the French quarter and also want to go to Disney. Disney is at the end of line 11 and Hongqiao airport is on the end of line 10 (both walking distance from the hotel). But perhaps don't pay extra for the breakfast and instead enjoy some meals at a nearby restaurant.
