Ulasan Shanghai Airlines Travel Hotel

Very bad service. The room is old. Keep in mind this is an airport hotel. Provide pick up but we have to call the reception who cannot speak english and won’t even try to help. I call and they just keep saying taxi and hang up. I message the number using mandarin (google translate) and they still didn’t reply. I have been to other countries that cannot speak English but they are willing to help, provide better service. at least use translation or mention in the description you won’t provide service to anyone who doesn’t speak mandarin! When i want to use shuttle from airport to hotel they told me the car already left. I book a taxi and before my taxi arrive there is an airport shuttle bus picking up 2 people! I AM DISAPPOINTED!

We missed our late flight and were booked on an early flight the next day. Hotel near the airport, pick up service was ok. Room nothing special, just ok. They brought us to the airport after a poor breakfast. We were pretty satisfied with this emergency hotel.

Room located area on first floor not clear and difficult to find, linens not clean, receptionist very rude, I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.

The hotel is decent for the price. It's near the airport so expect some noise from the planes taking off and landing. The facilities are not new. The reception stuff didn't speak English, but used translation software which they had handy, which is nice. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Biggest advantage is close to airport and free shuttle to and from Pudong airport

Nearby airport, just 10 minutes taxi ride. Hotel is old, checked in midnight with slightly grumpy reception. OK for the layover stay.

Hotel us near the airport the free pick up to and from airport is also a plus for travellers. Since we arrived at around past 1 am we just wanted to have a good sleep.The front desk lady were very helpful and accommodating. Thanks a lot. However, the room we had has a smell of cigars. The linens has a smell also. The breakfast offered were good. Overall, the hotel was good, for a night's stay.

It is a good hotel for transit. The receptionists were very friendly. Good hotel. Double bed needs someone else to occupy the other bed.

Location is perfect and convenient for early flights, the service is amazing but the rooms need some extra “love”. Bathroom has rust on the railing,room is a little dusty. Generally cleanliness needs some improvement. Otherwise it’s okay

Very good for transiting near to pudong airport, they allowed late checkin as our flight arrived in mid night. Good facilities within the budget. Usually hotel is for airline people. Definitely can try if some one is on transit at airport

We ended with 6 hrs over night lay over so we booked this arriving in shanghai around 1am and no problem, they have 24hr reception desk
