Location is good, near to tourist spot “tian zi fang” room is pleasant if got air controller with a/c n heater will be great.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Shanghai Central for a relaxing birthday staycation. The front desk team was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate a special request for my birthday. I was also pleasantly surprised when the chef delivered a delicious cake to my room to celebrate the occasion. The dining room where breakfast was served was stunning, and the pastries were especially delightful. Overall, I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and the rooms were clean. Subway very close and lots of shopping and good nearby.

We had very good stay in this Pullman. Well located close metro, shopping mall and Tizinfang small streets. Front office was always very helpfull with any request i raised. Especially Zhou Kang help us to find for us one specific exhibicionismus in shanghai. Also Thanks to him we got our room earlier and it really helped us to survive our first day after long journey. Swimming pool is good one, reasonable size, just bring cap. We also liked Executive lounge with good variety of foods and drinks. Breakfast server till 10:30 also helped ;-). I can only recommend this hotel.

The hotel are clean and near the center of the city. It’s easy for me to anywhere I want. The view of the hotel is great!

My second time staying at Pullman Shanghai Hotel. Love it. Excellent service. Wonderful food. My room was luxurious and comfortable.Price reasonable. I wish it had a mini refrigerator. Definitely recommend!

Near Tianzifang and many places near by. Concierge is very helpful and very nice person He help us to book big car for airport and take care our luggage Big thanks to him

Me and my families was stay here for 2 nights. We booked 2 rooms. Overall the hotel location is great because near several tourism object and have lots of restaurant around. The room is not that big but its clean. The interior is a bit old but got maintain well.

The room was clean, peaceful, and quiet, with a standard city view and good natural light. The location is excellent, and the room service was efficient and prompt. However, there were a couple of downsides. Parking wasn’t free — I had to pay 120 RMB for the first night and 60 RMB for the second night, even though the parking was outside in front of the hotel. Additionally, the bathroom felt a bit chilly, and the shower head could have been larger. Despite these minor issues, it was a good stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Very easy to get around with metro station about five minutes walking distance and eatery found outside the hotel surrounding

Pleasant hotel, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast! The bed was comfy and the cleanliness great.

I was given a smoking room. I asked to change and it was done immediately. I think that during check in, you should ask the question. In Europe, there are no more smoking rooms so it is not a reflex to specify. also the AC was not working well, it was very hot in the room even if I set the temperature at the lowest level. everything else so good and perfect service
