It was overall good experience and I was satisfied with most. There were just 3 things which can be improved. At the time of check-in I had to wait for almost half an hour to get a receptionist, which was first unpleasant experience in 1st January 2025. 2nd thing was that the room card was often not working and it has to be updated every day. 3rd, the elevator was smelling terrible, since there was no ventilation in it and hotel customers were smoking in it there. The room was good, clean and everything else was fine there.

Although this was a great location and the cost was low, it wasn’t worth staying. My children had no space to walk around the room. My mother felt uncomfortable and disapproved the the cleanliness of the beds, bathroom, and floor. We came, we saw, we left … all within in 45 minutes. I was offered a room upgrade and the manager tried to appease me, but my family felt uncomfortable.

Everything was fine. If you need the closest hotel to the city's second airport, this is a great place. There is a McDonald's and a 24-hour KFC right across the street.

The location of the hotel was pretty convenient, it was just about 20 minutes from the bund. The room was clean but had a little bit of a cigarette smell, perhaps it was the previous tenants. The service was pretty efficient and the staff were friendly.
