Hotel is in good location and with good views to the Bund and River… View from the Dining is really with rotating restaurant. The only concerns we have is the variety of food specially when we tried to eat for dinner… Many foods per the menus are not available, so the option is very limited and this makes us frustrated.

Hotel facilities are decent, breakfast is okay (but not worth imo), 10min walk to the station but no problems calling didi. Would not recommend to deliver taobao packages to this hotel (use a pickup point instead) as the delivery room is very loosely monitored, the staff sometimes stationed at the desk nearby doesn’t check if guests (or anyone) are taking their own packages and you have to sort through the piles of packages yourself to find your own. My friend lost 2 packages and tldr the hotel eventually ghosted us despite promised communication, exchanged wechat and a phone call in the morning about the missing package details. Perfectly fine hotel if you’re not planning on ordering anything from taobao, delivering to this hotel :))

What a wonderful place to stay. Our room was very comfortable, big enough for the three of us, very clean and tidy. Hotel personnel were very accommodating and helpful in all our needs. The gym and pool are great. And the breakfast… the best we ever had, with the most amazing view from the rotating restaurant at the top of the hotel. Totally worth!!!

Excellent location, Great view. Restaurant is good but menu doesn’t change daily. So not good.

Mr. Andy was of great help to kids with goodies and others for helping with food assistance and guiding foreigners with his English. Highly recommend for someone visiting Shanghai and wanting to go to Disneyland and Shanghai financial center and oriental pearl tower. It's all in proximity.

The reason we book this hotel is the view... we got the corner room.. and the view was amazing from our room. But overall the room also clean and big.

This hotel is close to most of nice places in Shanghai. The food is okay, and the revolving tower is superb experience. Sir Andy, the manager is also very helpful and accommodating. Thanks Novotel!❤️ The staffs are helpful and friendly too.

What an unforgettable experience stay at Novotel! We booked a two-day stay and it was all worth it. We were welcomed by a staff right after arriving at the gate. We were helped by our luggage too. The room was big, neat and clean, more than what we expected. Breakfast at the 50th floor was more than amazing, the entire 50th floor revolves. What!! Andy Chu was more than helpful. He gave our girl a stuffed toy. Thanks Novotel. Till next time!

Excellent hotel, we booked a Family room which was spacious, had a nice view and a clean and modern bathroom. The furniture was a bit rundown, but the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, huge selection in the rotating restaurant. Location is fine, about 10 minutes walk from metro lines 4 and 14 (4 goes to the railway station and 14 can take you to Shanghai Tower and Yuyuan Garden). When we checked out the receptionist asked for an additional 27 cny because of some “mistake” they made - they could have let it go in my opinion, but anyway. Great stay for the price I paid.

This hotel is definitely amazing and cost effective. 👌 The room was really spacious, with a great view, clean, and the amenities are great. It has a fabulous gym, and the pool is large. You can buy their breakfast which is fabulous, and the view from their revolving restaurant on the 50th floor just completes the whole experience. You don't have to worry if your Chinese is not too good, their staff is fluent in English, and they also have an amazing service attitude which quite frankly is hard to find. Only a 7 minute walk from the Pudong train station, I will definitely come back.

We booked a family suite and we were delighted to learn that our room got the magnificent city view. Room looks old but you can tell that the bathroom had been refurbished. Aircond is not so cold but it is ok. Overall it is very clean and spacious and we had a pleasant 4 nights stay. The gym facilities / equipment are woefully inadequate. However this is not a issue as we are here for holiday and we would not spend much time in the gym Breakfast spread was mediocre. However the staff are polite and helpful. Location wise it is about 500 to 600 from Pudong avenue station.

Excellent hotel with great service. Room was nice, spacious and clean!! Loved the breakfast. The area is ideal for those who want to be in Pudong. Would gladly recommend and return again.
