I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. Overall, good value and I would stay here again.

The environment was just so-so. Even with the AC on, one of the rooms in the suite was still stuffy and the air conditioning was quite loud. However, the panoramic view of Shanghai was a definite plus.

Yulia and Shelly provided excellent service, upgraded my room, and were very welcoming. On a side note, the hotel's location is also very convenient for transportation.

Facilities: Well-equipped and comprehensive. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Offers a beautiful view of the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers), excellent perspective. Service: Joanna and Lucy at the coffee shop provided warm and enthusiastic service. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. I always stay here when I visit Shanghai. Joanna at the front desk was fantastic; she upgraded our room, and we had a view of the Lujiazui 'Three-piece Set' (famous skyscrapers) and the Huangpu River. The revolving restaurant is also a big draw, and Manager Chu was very friendly. The kids loved it and want to stay here again next time.

This hotel is a place where sorcery happens. It was a magic trip, and Novotel Shanghai Atlantis made a very significant contribution to the overall impression. I can be honest to tell you, guys, that it was the most friendly and benevolent staff I'd ever seen in the hospitality industry! We were accommodated right on our early arrival, the room on the 37th floor was perfect, it had mesmerizing view and was perfectly clean. At first the whole window was closed, but I got down to reception and asked to resolve this minor issue because of the allergy. We were immediately allowed to open small window to allow the room to ventilate. Service girl brought a very comfortable extra bed for our adult kid in no time. Housekeeping was perfect all the period of our stay. The revolving restaurant on the 50th floor makes definitely great impression. It's one of the unique features of this hotel. Breakfast is great, there are a great variety of meals and the food quality is high. On checkin-out we decided to thank the staff with a little special chocolate treat (from Russia with love). And it was so cute to see that true and heartful reaction of the reception girls! In a blink of an eye they gave us back with a great chinese jelly treat. I definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers regardless their purpose of visiting.

We had two separate bookings for different room types, and we would especially like to thank the reception staff for their kindness and flexibility. For the first two nights, we had booked a family room with an extra bed for our child, but this room type was unavailable for the third night. Despite this, the reception team kindly allowed us to stay in the same higher-category family room for our entire stay, which made everything much more convenient for us as a family. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture — thank you!

Very spacious for 3 adults. However location is not that great. Buffet breakfast food was ok. Sometimes cold food.

Lucy at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. She gave us a free upgrade to an amazing room with unbeatable river views. The facilities were comprehensive and everything we needed was provided. At the revolving restaurant on the top floor, Mr. Chu was also very hospitable and even gave a complimentary toy gift to our child.

Fantastic stay! The location is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable. A huge thank you to Shely and Kelly for their amazing hospitality. They provided some of the best service I’ve experienced—very helpful and always smiling. They are a true credit to the Novotel team. Will definitely stay here again!

Wow the view!! We booked for only one night to see the view and we were not disappointed! We did not get to try the breakfast, but there is an aldi downstairs which is nicely stocked. It is connected to a mall with a few eating options. The staff was super helpful and friendly! The pool is heated but for it to be pleasant you must swim, otherwise it is a little cold. The jacuzzi was out of order. We had the pool to ourselves which was very nice.

Pretty good! The location is great, about 600 meters from the subway station. It's convenient for shopping downstairs, and it's close to Lujiazui, so you can see the 'Three Tall Buildings.' There's a revolving restaurant on the top floor, and breakfast is free for children under 16. Manager Chu at the restaurant was very friendly and even gave a doll to my child before we left.

Amazing breakfast, breathtaking view, convenient little mall at the same building, 24 hour spa on the street in front of the hotel (qixian).
