Nice place, location next to exhibition ground. Friendly staff... Can have buisness meetings .. And nice bar in evening with live music ... Could not ask for more.

The hotel it’s actually a very good hotel with plenty of facilities.

Nice hotel to stay and get together at Brew restaurant at the lobby. Perfect spot for business and family visits in Shanghai. Park view room also great.

The swimming pool facilities and Kerry Sports is good. There are a lot of equipments in the gym and the area is spacious. The buffet breakfast is good and there are comprehensive choices of food for you to select.

We visit this hotel every year for Christmas. One of the best family friendly hotels including swimming pool and playgrounds and one of the best Christmas decorations.

A big thank you to duty manager Lynn and her team at reception. We were given very clear and detailed instructions and directions during our check in and Lynn went that extra mile to ensure our two young kids had a smooth stay. Thank you Kerry Hotel

it was a good experience. i went to the sanghai for the first time , this place gave me good impression it was clean and has good facilities and offered services. i strongly recommanded this hotel for you

nice and clean, great service, has all the facilities, however it is getting too old ... needs a renovation.

Good service at front desk counter. They surprisingly acknowledged all of my requests ahead of time for check in. Room was great size. Bathroom area a bit oversized, but I think that’s really more complaining versus looking at function. Good breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Only real drawback is location. With the exception of the attached small mall, there really isn’t much there besides the expo center nearby for various conferences/exhibitions. Would stay again if price was acceptable.

Stayed there for work. Impressed how the hotel front desk managed the volume of people there for trade shows, banquets etc. Conveniently close to some restaurants. Steak house at the hotel is recommended.

It was the perfect hotel for our family of 4. My kids aged 2 & 4 had so much fun at the indoor playground and the pool. They provided us an extra bed and a cot which meant we all had a bed each. Service was excellent! We’ve travelled a lot as a family and honestly this was one of the best ones.

Had an amazing experience , very warm staff , specially Maddy at the reception look for her , she’s the best , will definitely come again, perfect for foreign travellers
