I've been to various hotels in China, and it's a really good hotel with a swimming pool and a kids play room that children can enjoy in the city center. My husband said that the facilities in the gym are really good. The children told me to come back to this hotel next time.

Nice place, location next to exhibition ground. Friendly staff... Can have buisness meetings .. And nice bar in evening with live music ... Could not ask for more.

Nice hotel to stay and get together at Brew restaurant at the lobby. Perfect spot for business and family visits in Shanghai. Park view room also great.

There was an initial hiccup at check in, but they did give us a beautiful room & my kids had so much fun at the pool & Adventure Zone. This was a staycation for us and it did the job perfectly.

Kerry is always a favourite of ours to stay. Very kid friendly with the pool and Adventure zone. Lots of choice for food which is great for the kids! Looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed there 2 nights, first night there was a very bad smell from the bathroom, we complained the day after and service people upgraded us for a suite for the second night.overall is a nice hotel that has space for kids , like the nice playground at the 4th floor. Located just near the century park , it’s quite pleasant to walk around even with small kids.

The front desk was very nice & providing very clear information when i checked-in very late at the midnight. The breakfast has many different choices, impressive to the service.

It was again a pleasant stay for my wife and I. Especially thanks to Ivan for his service.

The swimming pool facilities and Kerry Sports is good. There are a lot of equipments in the gym and the area is spacious. The buffet breakfast is good and there are comprehensive choices of food for you to select.

Suitable for family based tourists. The Merry go around is amazing and attractive to the children.

We visit this hotel every year for Christmas. One of the best family friendly hotels including swimming pool and playgrounds and one of the best Christmas decorations.
