Very friendly staff. Clean room, lots of amenities. Helpful with shuttle to and from Disneyland, as well as to the airport.

Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Facilities remarkably designed. Staff very helpful. Bathtub was leaking, however, no fan for cooling 

Very comfy hotel with a beautiful view from the window. Indoor pool was very cute. But the pool closes at 8:40 dissapointed me. It should be open 24/7. Breakfast was great with so many choices. You can also order a ramen. Shuttle bus to disney was very helpful. Thank you for all the staffs

As a family of three, we had an excellent stay at the Royal International Hotel Shanghai! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, all of which were fresh and delicious. The hotel’s location is very convenient, not far from the metro station and PVG Airport (with a shuttle service), making it easy to explore the city and travel. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Shanghai!

Great location to visit Disneyland Shanghai’s. Have free shuttle service from the hotel to Disneyland.

A nice hotel close to the airport, not too fancy, but it’s got all you need for a night to spend before flying out the next day. Staff is very friendly and always wonderful if they speak English. Breakfast has a big variety of both Chinese and Western options. All and all a good place.

Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the bathtub. Breakfast was so-so, but has a bit more than the basics. The Japanese restaurant on the first floor was good. The pool and sauna were open. Not much around the hotel but after a 10 minute walk will find a couple restaurants. The room was great, staff was very helpful. Highly recommend if needing a hotel near Pudong airport.

This hotel was amazing! It has a beautiful interior! It's next to many restaurants and grocery shopping places! Most amazingly, the price was incredibly low for a five-star hotel and it came with free breakfast, which is almost never the case for a 4- or 5-star hotel. On top of this incredible service, the hotel provides a free six-person car ride to the PVG airport! Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay close to the airport.
