Ulasan Jinjiang Inn Style (Shanghai Pudong Airport Town)

This is my second time in that hotel, last time was good, so I chose it again... And it was quite disappointed. I mean, it's still very clean and convenient (yes, a little bit old, but price is okay), but this time air conditioner in my room didn't work at all! When I asked a reception about it, girl just called security for me, there was no apology, nothing, it was very unfriendly. Then the security came to my room, and just said that the air conditioner was working. I showed to him a lot of times that I have been in the hotel for 2 hours and the room is still hot, and the air conditioner gives an error on the screen. But he insisted that everything was working. You can see the photos. As a result, he left immediately, and the air conditioner just made loud noises all night, but did not cool at all. I was too tired to go to talk with reception at night. So it was definitely a terrible experience. I am very disappointed in the service

This hotel offers a good service for those people who need a place close to Pudong Airport. The free shuttle to the airport is a very good service they offer!! Not the best and cleanest room ever but it was good for just one night.

Not bad at all. Love that there’s a free airport shuttle drop off, room was nice and clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Staff was polite. There’s a slight smell in the room but your nose goes blind to it within a few minutes.

Very nice clean hotel, convenient transfers from and to the airport, everything is very clear, quite good Chinese breakfast.

The hotel was clean but not much service . Night staff wasn’t too helpful but the day staff was great. A bit noisy as the door slammed when open and close so unreasonable guest disturb our sleep, room wall not much insulation as noise gets through. Location was ok, need to take didi to underground station . Airport pickup and drop off was great

Bit far from Airport, by taxi it’s 60 rmb Airport shuttle available for free (midnight no service)

Booked the hotel for 2 nights and I must say I enjoyed my stay. One thing I loved about the hotel, apart from the proximity to the airport, was the warm reception. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. I was attended to by receptionist 05 and 11 and honestly I was wowed. It’s nice to feel welcome in a strange land 😊. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and they provided free bottle water ( you can always ask for more )

The hotel is very close to Shanghai Pudong airport. Breakfast is quite good and memorable, especially Yang Zhou's fried rice. Besides the hotel there are also several restaurants so you don't have to go far to find food. Customer service is also quite good, you only need to master a little Chinese to talk to them because English is not understood here

Room is clean and tidy and they provide buffet breakfast too. They also provide airport transfer too, the shuttle bus comes every hour, 3rd floor T2 departure floor near gate 23, look more into the details in the confirmation email

I had a very bad experience with both the driver and the front desk staff. They were not responsive or helpful when I needed assistance. I knew the hotel offered airport pick-up every hour, so I called in advance via Trip.com to confirm. I was told I had to coordinate directly with the driver. Since I was using an eSIM with no local number, I borrowed a phone from airport customer service to call the driver at 10:10 PM. He informed me that I had missed the 10 PM shuttle and asked me to wait for the 11 PM one. I was fine with that, and he even asked me to wait at the gate from 10:30 PM. However, the driver didn’t show up until 11:10 PM. I had to reenter the airport to make another call. This time, he told me to wait for the 12 AM shuttle because I had supposedly missed the 11 PM one. He claimed I hadn’t called him to confirm again, but I had already informed him earlier that I couldn’t call from my phone. He simply never showed up at 11 PM. I watched several hotel shuttle buses come and go, but none were for my hotel. In the end, I had to get a taxi myself. While on the way to the hotel, I called the front desk via Trip.com to let them know I was already in a taxi and to inform the driver. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unresponsive, telling me to contact the driver myself. The taxi cost me 160 RMB. When I finally reached the hotel, the front desk couldn’t offer a proper response or any real compensation. They only gave me a free breakfast voucher worth 25 RMB and a few bottles of water.
