Very clean, new hotel. Excellent room cleaning in both of our rooms with a squeaky clean bathroom. Great tasting breakfast! A manager at breakfast ensured everything was very clean and orderly. The cooks are also fantastic. Three playgrounds inside, one outside, including a small artificial lake in which to row a boat. Another big arcade inside, and a beautiful saltwater aquarium. The kids loved it. Service was really good and professional with staff members always around taking care of things. We stayed there during the big typhoon and everything was quickly resolved. This hotel was an amazing value and everything inside was so carefully done including the decor’s details.

The hotel was nice, for the most part clean. Breakfast was good, had plenty of choices. The staff was very nice especially the English speaking man named Terry. The hotel manager was kind as well. Great for small children under 5. I I wish they had an indoor swimming pool. The shuttle bus was also good to go to Disneyland.

Fantastic hotel for all kinds of guests exclusively family!! The hotel staff were very nice and kind especially Ms. Doris was very supportive and responsive for transportation airport to hotel and hotel to Disneyland and in touch with foreign customers all the time. Also, Front staff, Mr. Terry was also very active service mind. Really impressive and much appreciated!!

Best hotel that located near to Disneyland. There have kids playroom and playground (indoor and outdoor). Their staff so friendly and give the best hospitality to us. I give 5 star to all their staff from counter,housekeepers and so on. One of their staff can communicate in English. Their hotel decoration was superb. My kids so love with big aquarium. Will come again if we travel to Shanghai.

Amazing for families! Variety of play areas. Close to disney and a free shuttle. Close to the airport! Loved it here will definitely come back!

The breakfast is good with many choices, however the coffee can be better. The room is spacious, good sleep.

Hotel was well maintained, clean, and staff was friendly. Breakfast was sufficient and the environment in the hotel was very relaxing. Transportation to Disneyland was on time

Superb customer service and great help from the receptionist. This hotel is definitely worth staying if you bring kids along. Its near to disneyland and also bicester village.

Booked this room for 2 nights cos of the indoor and outdoor play areas. The kids loved the unlimited play and the playground was impressive! The room looked new enough but on the first night, the toilet stank of sewage smell and the staff gave us a new room immediately which did not have the same problem. Service was great and there’s a robot butler which sends food delivery to your room, which is also interesting for the kids.

 Wonderful stay, excellent service, clean room, it’s great location near Disney. Good for kids. The have delicious ice cream.

I would say that this hotel is really clean. I’m with my family and celebrated her birthday and Christmas in this hotel since it was close to Disney. When I first arrive hotel the staff is really kind and accommodating. Someone help us bring our luggages and things in our room. When we enter room it was really CLEAN having a child with us CLEANLINESS is number one smell is really good all things are folded and prepared well. Bathroom toilet is also really clean. They even gave us fruits for free when we arrive. Staffs are really nice and well mannered they greet and tries to help. Even I’m a foreigner they did there best to help incase we need one. We ask for a crib for baby it was really clean and iron. My daughter have allergies so she basically sneeze every time there is dust so I was a bit worried. But booking this hotel was a good idea you can stay in hotel for one day and just do nothing we actually stayed there half day and just relaxed. We plan to stay and visit this hotel more. Thank you!
