Very very small room, but great location and the service at the reception was very good.

First check in found room floor still dirty and found some drop of dirty water.
The room having some odor all the time from bath room even open exhaust air and open windows.
Some room (of me) having extra stair step from the floor.
Location is convenience for metro and bus surrounding with groceries stores around 200 meter.
There some local food and chain restaurants nearby but not much with in 100 meter.
Staff is good and always smile and say hi everytime.

I don't know how anyone can sleep in this environment. They inserted the hotel inside of a residential apartment building, and above your ceiling is constant banging and shifting noises, and this morning it was at 7:30 a.m. almost every day we could not get any sleep or enjoy our time in the city. You should bring some giant ear plugs for this one..
It was also a stench of rotten vegetables and sewage throughout the room, the worker said it is "normal" and gave us a spray..

Overall, the stay was satisfying. It's just a 2-minute walk from the public transport station. The only drawback is the lack of a fridge in the room.
