We visited Shanghai with my daughter during the summer holiday and booked this hotel for two nights. It's conveniently located at the intersection of Jinshajiang Road and Zhenbei Road, very close to the subway station, and with Kintetsu Plaza and 118 Plaza just next door. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

It was okay. Shanghai was completely booked this week, and I couldn't find a room. This hotel offered quite good value for money, and there are many dining options nearby. My mother was pretty happy with it. I didn't get to experience any of the other facilities or services.

This is an excellent hotel. Even though Shanghai's weather was sweltering, the hotel's interiors were wonderfully cool and provided a welcome escape. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was truly heartwarming. Breakfast was also good. While the location is a bit far from the Bund, taking about an hour by metro, the metro station itself is conveniently located very close to the hotel. The hotel has a pleasant ambiance, and there's a Venice Plaza nearby, though it hasn't fully opened for business yet.

Overall, the hotel was great – much newer and more spacious than I expected. My son was on holiday, so I took him to stay for a night and have a swim, and the little guy absolutely loved it. This hotel also has a kids' play area on the fourth floor, so you don't even need to leave the hotel all day. It's perfect for parents with kids during the summer, offering a fantastic opportunity to relax and unwind. Plus, the value for money is superb! I'll definitely be back when I have the chance.

Overall, a great stay! The value for money is excellent, and the rooms are really nice – you wouldn't guess it's a hotel that's been open for ten years. It's very close to Hongqiao Airport, and the surrounding amenities are good, making it super convenient. There's even a subway line right outside the entrance. We went to Xintiandi in the evening, and the subway ride was very convenient. There's a unique boat display at the hotel entrance, and the service was absolutely superb. This is easily one of the best hotels I've stayed at in years, both for the overall experience and value. Plus, there's a kids' play area on the fourth floor. I'm already planning to bring my child here next time!

The hotel boasts a great location, conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible by taxi. There are also two shopping malls nearby, perfect for a stroll or some retail therapy. With Metro Line 13 right next door, getting to attractions like the Natural History Museum and Xintiandi is a breeze. The room facilities are modern and well-maintained. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel is in a good location. The metro is very close and within walking distance. The interior areas of the hotel are great. The pool and spa are very clean. The rooms are very clean and functional. I stayed for 3 nights and really liked it. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.....
