We had a room with just a small window, shower is clean but has no separation to the toilet, so after taking a shower, everything is wet. Cheap stay in JingAn area, big variety of restaurants around.

The room are little bit small. But the Price is affordable. Its located near to Shanghai main train station.

You almost can't find a better deal; anything cheaper will be much less quality or not as good location (except Pujue hotel near zhongshan park; it is slightly better and a good comparison)

Very friendly staff, neat and clean and in very reasonable price.It is located in the prime location near to tourist places like bund and people’s park. The subway is 1.5km near to this hotel and I noticed there are a lot of foreigners staying in this hotel. It seems that there are shared rooms and single rooms as well. Perfect option for those who is looking for affordable options.

Everything you would want from a hostel, in a good part of Jing'an, near the Shed and Cages. I would stay there again.

I stay in this hostel every time I come to Shanghai. The concierge is very helpful. All of them are well trained and with full attention to detail. Very considerate staff and can easily adjust booking arrangements on the spot. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. A bit far to walk to the closest train station, but overall, The Bund and People's Square are a 10-15 minute ride by taxi.

The location is awesome, rooms are ok, some are a bit too small but for this price in Shanghai is understandable. Cleaningness can be improved. Overall s good experience!

We stayed two nights before we had to go back to the UK and the hotel was perfect under the circumstances.

The hotel is very near walking distance to us consulate, just go straight 900 meter from the hotel . Who has the interview in US they can stay here

WORST EXPERIENCE!! I have to say that I stayed in this hotel few time, never had a issue. Last Saturday me and my girlfriend we had a nightmare there. At 2 am sleeping SUDDENLY A MAN OPENS OUR DOOR. My girlfriend shouted and I opened my eyes seeing a man looking at us, I run to him, man seemed to be a bit drunk and bit creepy. I took him to the receptionist, and the receptionist told me that the man has MASTER KEY and he doesn’t know how he have that key and who is that man that is not registered in the hotel. I called the police, conclusion of the police is that the man didn’t mean to come to my room. But about the question of why this random, weird man has a MASTER KEY, nobody till now replied that to me.Hotel management apologized for the issue and they refund to me.BUT still want to know how that happened . Me and my girlfriend still shocked.
