Every time I come to Shanghai for business, I will stay at Yuanzhihui. First of all, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Secondly, the location is excellent. It is opposite the shopping mall and only five kilometers away from the New International Expo Center by taxi. It is very convenient and parking is free. The room design is relatively simple, but the facilities are complete, the bedding is very comfortable, the hygiene is very clean, and the cost performance is high! A very nice hotel with great metro access. This hotel is well placed with a metro station a couple of minutes walk away. The metro is great to navigate around the tourist attractions of the city. Most of the main tourist attractions could be reached in 20 minutes using the metro. The room was clean and comfortable. Very large room by Chinese standards. The bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also close to a number of local restaurants and coffee shops. It’s also only a short distance to a nice walking area along the promenade at the river. A great place for a morning run if like me that’s something you enjoy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative to this hotel is that there is a KTX (Chinese Karaoke) next to it. I heard some noise in the evening, but nothing that overly disturbed me and it did seem to get quiet later in the evening when most would be sleeping.

The free laundry service provided by the hotel is great. I am in a hurry to go to work in the morning. I put my clothes in the laundry room and tell the lady at the front desk that I need laundry service. They will wash and dry them and send them back to my room for me. It is very heartwarming and a thumbs up! Ms. Wang at the front desk was very warm and thoughtful. I took my family on a trip and was very satisfied. Highly recommended.

I am a fan of citadines,but a bit disappointed by this as hotel conditions are a bit old . I checked in the midnight First room I stayed in when I entered It has a strange smell and changed the other room the second day it's slightly better . I have a lot of food near the hotel . And it's takes 35-40mins trip from the airport
