I enjoyed my stay. The bed is so comfortable I’d sleep all day . Though it’s winter the heater took time to get the room warm. But it’s really nice hotel. Many surrounding restaurants and an atm less than 1km away. The Metro subway is also an 10min walk away. Most of the places I go to are all in the same area so very convenient Thank you

I often stay at this hotel and it is in a convenient location and accessible to the metro and restaurants. This was the nicest room I stayed at so far in this hotel.

The room is nice and clean with comfortable beds. We purchased this room because apparently has a kitchen, but do not expect to cook as they will not provide a single item to do it. No pan, no plates, no soap to clean, nothing. We were very disappointed that the hotel did not help us with this and was the main reason we took this room. On the other hand, they force you to give a 200Yuan deposit for the key where they will refund you in your card at the end of the stay. Of course if your card is not chinese do not expect to have the money back in your account. We lost the money due the way they manage the refund. Would not recommend for this two reasons.

Location is an easy walk from subway, but the first room they gave me had pee stains. The floor was also wet, and after waiting 30 minutes, nobody came to mop it clean even after I asked twice... They upgraded my room, but it was still quite dusty and the Xiaomi Air Purifier in it was not well-maintained. Also, the hotel's 2nd floor is exposed to this strange massage place. I stayed for 2 days, but there are always men smoking at the open staircase, so it always feels bad. The lobby has an espresso machine. The front desk girl feels stressed and unfriendly... The free laundry can only be done by the auntie, and they refuse to wash your socks or underwear... So I am washing my socks and underwear in the toilet sink now...

Surprisingly big room. But bathroom is a little bit outdated, very noisy environment, was difficult to sleep. But still considering the price - is a great option for budget stay in Shanghai. A lot of shops and restaurants around, close to the subway

很好，這邊離火車站，外灘都很近，離地鐵站幾百米，去哪都很方便，價格也很實惠。店裡員工服務很熱情，還主動幫我打車，特別感謝早上的小姐姐，下次再來上海玩一定還來這裏！！！！
