The view from room over seeing the the pearl tower and bund area is nice. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel staff are very friendly. The roof bar was quite nice, allow us to visit without any fees. Rooftop aircon area was posh, the view from the outside non aircon area is nice, just a lot of smokers. Very crowded with on going queue, need booking in advance. The power sockets in room seems little, especially there is only 1 around the bed area Overall great hotel.

Me and my child really like it here. The location is very good. Very convenient for families The room is spacious and clean. But if there is white room light, it will be very good. Overall, I really like it. Next time will come and stay again.

Stayed in Shanghai for work for 2 days in July 2024, hotel check in is located at 54th-ish floor of the building, with a nice waiting area, overseeing the Shanghai city. As the hotel is quite sizable, check in area could get a little crowded at times. Room was located on 81st floor of the hotel, and shortly after I stepped out the elevator - WOW. Timeless spiral design. Had to take some photos there and was worried I might drop my phone LOL. Once I stepped in my room, just another WOW. Overseeing the Shanghai city and was able to see the sunrise the next morning. The room itself is big and comfy. Booked a room with club access, which is located on 83rd floor and serves breakfast / afternoon tea. Quite surprised most of the guests were up early. It opens at 6:30am and by 7am, it was mostly occupied, luckily I went there early and able to grab a nice spot looking at the Oriental Pearl Tower. The hotel is located in the middle of where all the financial institutions’ head offices are, but it isn’t exactly near to the city where all the markets area. Highly recommend for people coming here for work, but may not as much for tourism.

Malah, secara objektif, hotel ini agak memuaskan dari segi perkakasan Ia tidak menakjubkan tetapi tidak mempunyai kecacatan. Kecederaan yang paling membawa maut ialah perkhidmatan. Boleh dikatakan sifar. Pertama sekali, tiada concierge di kawasan drop-off untuk membantu dengan bagasi. Concierge sibuk menyapa rakan-rakan asing dan tidak mempunyai masa untuk menjaga rakan senegara. Ia membuatkan orang berasa buruk pada pandangan pertama. Ada yang lebih teruk. Terdapat sekeping plat besi yang besar di sebelah pintu pusingan di kawasan drop-off Kebetulan hujan turun dengan lebat di Shanghai semasa beberapa hari saya mendaftar masuk. Ketika saya tergesa-gesa untuk masuk ke dalam kereta, saya tergelincir satu langkah besar dan hampir terjatuh. Terkejut, saya menyedari bahawa pengawal keselamatan di pintu telah melihat saya dan hanya memerhati dengan acuh tak acuh. Lebih-lebih lagi, kawasan hotel yang kelihatan seperti gelanggang luncur ketika hujan tidak mempunyai tanda amaran atau sebarang petunjuk Sebagai hotel berbintang, ia boleh dikatakan terlalu teruk. Apatah lagi melihat orang yang begitu sibuk melayan tetamu asing tetapi kemudiannya tidak mempedulikan rakan senegaranya. Saya tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi lain kali. Hotel ini nampaknya untuk persidangan. Terdapat penghunian, jadi tiada tumpuan pada pengalaman tetamu.

It was perfect in every way. I was thinking about Fairmont and Waldorf and chose Waldorf. Choosing Waldorf was really the best choice. It was hard to enter and exit Fairmont because there were so many tourists. Foreigners like me definitely recommend going to Waldorf. And make sure to upgrade to the riverside view room. You can see the best view of Waitan lying down in bed. And Steven Diep! You made our trip perfect. I will not forget your service and kindness. Thank you.

Really nice hotel. Great location and near a lot of attractions. I found value in staying here due to the convenience of near by attractions but I chose to eat outside of the hotel because the prices are high. The bar drinks were not good and made with very little alcohol and far too much ice. High price as well. There happened to be some famous actor staying at the hotel and security blocked access to a couple floors so I couldn't access the elevator to get to my room after check in so that was really annoying. Eventually I was able to get to the room and it was nice. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A bit small but nice none the less.

Kemudahannya agak lama, dan tong sampah di dalam bilik tidak ditutup dengan beg sampah. Sinki besen kadangkala longgar dan kadangkala ketat. Saya mendaftar masuk dengan anak-anak saya dan meminta meja depan untuk membawa sepasang selipar lagi pada hari itu. Mereka tidak membawanya selepas daftar keluar. Lokasi hotel adalah baik, dengan Jalan Pejalan Kaki Jalan Nanjing di luar pintu.

Perjalanan adalah sangat mudah Anda boleh sampai ke hotel kira-kira 400 meter dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Bilik dan koridor sangat bersih, dan terdapat minuman percuma di dalam peti sejuk kecil di dalam bilik. Bertentangan dengan hotel ialah Shen Dacheng, di mana anda boleh membeli barangan untuk dibawa pulang sebagai cenderahati untuk saudara mara dan rakan-rakan anda. We can only recommend this beautiful hotel. From the entrance, lobby to the rooms everything was perfect! It is close to everything and Nanjing street is just around the corner, metro so close to get to everywhere. The room was so clean and the bed very comfortable, the staff super friendly, we loved our stay!!
