Hotel berhampiran Xinjian Road Commercial Street, Shanghai

When I first arrived the hotel, there was a little misunderstanding due to lack of vacant rooms, but the problem was immediately resolved after a guest checked out. The service was quite good. All the cleaners were nice, polite and welcoming. The front desk service was also very good 😊👍. The rooms are spacious and clean enough for business, solo, family persons. I would recommend this hotel to everyone willing to stay here for as long as they want.

距離機場不是很遠，有免費大巴接送，這是最重要住這裏的原因，附近有吃的東西，酒店是真的簡簡單單，電視是帶雪花的。

The hotel is okay. The Chinese people assisted me the best they could, even though we spoke English. There is a bank nearby, but it only opens during the week, not on the weekends. In short, withdraw as much money as you can while you're at the airport

前台服務很好，小姐姐很熱情感覺很真誠，整體感覺挺好的，酒店房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，樓下就是免費停車場，整體來說非常的滿意，下次有機會還來這裏，外賣交通都很方便，前台小姐姐真的很可愛吖，叫外賣也很方便。酒店的環境挺好的，酒店的設施也挺好，出差旅行首選的酒店強，房間非常乾淨，香薰的味道非常舒服。裝修風格簡潔，整體服務人員的素質也很高，不管是打掃，還是辦理入住，都非常流暢，感覺很舒服。服務態度更是超級好！！落了東西在酒店，打電話核實情況后，非常迅速的郵寄了。太感謝了！

Very cheap and nearby to airport not too far from Disneyland too, the boss was really nice and helped us a lot, the water is not free here and the amenities can do a little better but overall a nice place to stay if your aim is a short visit.

Negative point: We booked this hotel because there are free shuttle to airport and disneyland. But at the end we are quite disappointed because the hotel apparently got airport pick up schedule (start from 4pm till 10pm) and airport drop off schedule (7am-11.40am) although before booking we had call several time to ask about the shuttle, but they don’t give complete explanation about this. Also the bus they provide already very old and the driver is very rude when answering our question. Other than that, when we want their shuttle service shanghai disneyland, the receptionist ordered a taxi for us for drop off then told us that we can call taxi whenever we want to go back to hotel, taxi fee can be reimburst at the reception desk, but you know what…i almost cannot redeemed the taxi fee, the reception told me that the former receptionist is a new comer that give a wrong explanation that we cannot hv shuttle service after we check out, so then after arguing, the receptionist paid my taxi fee. Positive point: Hotel is quite near Pudong airport, outside hotel they are several chinese restaurant and the closet for poop got remote control for bidet and flush.

The room had a defect, where the bedroom lights cant be switched off. Not even the receptionist zhang could manual overwrite and shut down the lights. Tried to give meeguo the voice command and didnt work. So i didnt managed to sleep or even have a good rest at all. .but she tried her best and there was no room available so no choice... But The loft room was amazing and spacious enough, Toothbrush, water , toiletries, towel and comb are included, other items have to prepare yourself. The room is really smart and all the switches are connected /curtains are electronically controlled. Service is good. There is iron and board outside at the corridor. No transport nearby but easy to get around with didi

Transit in Shanghai for 17hrs - good location as its close to airport, points for free shuttle pickup and drop off. The shuttle didn’t have the english name of the hotel so it was difficult/almost impossible to find the bus- had to ask every single bus that came cause I don’t read Chinese. Most of the workers don’t speak English. The room however was clean and spacious. It was an ok experience.

Saya tinggal selama 8 hari, yang agak menjimatkan. Saya berkongsi bilik buat kali pertama dan bertukar rakan sebilik setiap hari. Sesetengah orang bersikap sopan dan sesetengah kanak-kanak tidak dapat berkata apa-apa. Data besar sudah biasa, harga saya lebih mahal daripada yang lain. Bas ulang-alik ke dan dari lapangan terbang adalah percuma, setiap jam dari 4 hingga 10, 11:30; 14:00 adalah ke lapangan terbang, pulang tidak terhad kepada 3:00 pagi, berlepas hari ini pada 17 Oktober 2021, telah dijadualkan untuk Lujiazui Live selama 6 hari. Harga dekat 3 kali ganda harga rumah kongsi ni. Selesai sudah perkongsian pengalaman.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to Shanghai Disneyland and the pictures look good. And it didn't disappoint. The rooms were very modern, clean, huge and the beds were comfortable. I like the separate shower (especially the rain shower) and toilet area. The free shutter to SDL is very convenient and a bonus but the hotel is located 5 minutes away from the local metro (line 11). It's only 1 station away from Shanghai Disneyland station. It's too hard to find the bus for the return trip and the hotel didn't offer very good instructions on how to board the return bus. But the train station is only one stop away and costs RMB3. I would stay at this hotel again if I were to visit SDL but it's too far away from the city centre (I booked another hotel for the city). The hotel offers an extra service to book early entry passes into SDL which was really really helpful. The listed price was RMB189 and I paid RMB210 for this service and it was worth every cent. I entered SDL at 7am and was able to do all the rides I wanted in 1 day. Highly recommended.
