帶爸媽和娃去長興島采桔子，選擇入住了桔子酒店。一開始還有點擔心酒店離郊野公園不是很近，位置會不會有點偏。結果，家裡人對桔子酒店一致好評。首先，房間乾淨簡潔。其次，酒店大堂工作人員很熱情，辦理入住和退房都很順暢，進出路過大堂，工作人員也都會打招呼問好。酒店馬路對面是一個公園，吸氧聖地。出了酒店大廳右轉，走200米左右有商業街，麥當勞也在那裡，還有很多餐廳，夜宵絕絕子。那邊還有很多阿姨跳廣場舞，特別熱鬧。酒店自助餐早餐種類基本也夠吃了，中西式的都有。還有小餛飩和麪條，非常適合老年人和小朋友。離店時，前台還送了伴手禮。小朋友説喜歡吃大廳的桔子，覺得比外面買的好吃。工作人員很熱情的塞了好幾個讓我們帶回家。這次入住有着非常棒的體驗，老媽已經明確告訴我，下次來希望依舊住這裏。

五一去橫沙島騎行，第二天想去郊野公園，就不急着回去，在碼頭附近下榻一晚。找到這家去年新開的酒店，顯然經過一番精心設計，老闆品位不錯。有種法式和北歐結合的清新風格，房間佈置簡潔優雅，綠植裝飾的運用增加了度假感。陽台房空間大，床品舒服，洗手間乾淨。本來訂單沒有含早餐的，早上送來了包子燒賣雞蛋豆漿等等，非常貼心。開車的話可以停在門口車位上，需要聯繫保安。周邊就是商業區，晚上吃飯非常方便。下次週末來橫沙島玩，還可以住這裏。ps：樓下的盒馬自提店太方便了，水果蔬菜有的價格比市區便宜很多！我買了很多帶回去，加上烤肉食材第二天早上直接帶去郊野公園裡的露營地燒烤了，下次多叫點人！

前台的這個竹凳子挺有趣，原以為會扎，結果很有彈性的。入住手工小本記錄下身份信息。一開始房主給了一樓的自在獨行，到店后就覺着裏面有股味兒。p4伐4樓上兜了圈，發現慢煮生活空着，於是跟房主協商，很nice的給更換了。二樓是可以露天洗澡的視覺感🤣不過晚上的話一些視弱的可能就要注意了，比較暗。駐店接待的應該也是附近的本地阿姨，早上來給大家燒簡單的早飯。還有樂樂在一旁等着你賞賜食物🤣 可惜去的兩天天氣不好，差點還停航多住一晚，不然陽光下門口的油菜花應該還能拍出幾張“大片”的吧😆

Sepanjang sepuluh tahun yang lalu, dia dan saya telah berkembang bersama, menjadi lebih baik dan lebih baik, dan menjadi lebih menawan. RRiiyaaSummarize in short : they should keep this place only for Chinese speaker, not recommend for traveller with other languages. Base from my true experiences, I booked here the night before traveling to Shanghai. Once I check out from hotel in Guangzhou, front desk lady help me called reception at Shanghai Novotel Hotel Chuansha to ask if they can pick me and my partner at Pudong Airport as they advertised for a complimentary shuttle bus. The lady at Novotel cannot speak English so I passed to the front desk lady in Guangzhou and got to know that I have to book a shuttle bus a day ahead. I accepted this because I read info, just have hope if they could help customer with this, anyway I flew to Shanghai and went hotel by myself. On the way to Shanghai, I still have hope that receptionist at NOVOTEL will be able to speak English. When I arrived there, I met 3 receptionists and NONE OF THEM CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. We had a tough time to communicate. I have my own language and English, also broken Chinese but we still not understand each other. I had to call a friend of mine in Taiwan to speak Chinese to them. Again, I wanted to book a shuttle bus to Disney land for the next day and they ask me to have a Wechat app to see a detail and communicate. Since I do not have China mainland mobile number so I cannot make a Wechat work on my phone. My ********* friend still help me out with this. At that time, another lady came, seem like she work for shuttle bus thing. I do understand that Chinese tone of voice always loud but I cannot see mercy on her face. She consisted that we still need a Wechat. One lady there said, I have to take a taxi without Wechat even though the hotel provided us a free shuttle bus to Disneyland. At this point I a little upset as there is no choice that they can call or set me a time for my travel, _ucking asked me to take a taxi. I do not mind to pay for taxi but we have never been here so we worry about other unexpected factor could happen. Further more, I went there on my girlfriend birthday to celebrate her birthday. I decided to take it here a last minute and I asked if they could have a card written Happy Birthday to her. Only I know is ”NO CARD, NO CARD!!!! bad service mind ever, disappointed and felt give up with Novotel Yes, I picked NOVOTEL because I really hope they provided international services. I was a member of ACCOR PLUS and experienced such good services but since I experienced here, I am a failure. I actually have 2 more nights in Shanghai after 2nights here. I was thinking to move out all the time because me and my partner felt suffocate with a service. I do not talk to them anymore as it is useless T___T I even tried with my broken Chinese but I cannot feel that they put an effort to serve their guesses. No bellboy, air-conditioning at public area is pretty warm. To be honest, the place is good, bed is comfy and we tired from playing things in Disney land park so I extended to book for one more night then I do not need to rush for checking out. I went reception floor, this time a girl with glasses, seem kind and she is fluent in English help me check in for my last night here :) Whole time staying here I kept my mouse shut because don't want to feel unpleasant anymore and I feel like the robot that delivery food downstairs is working better than human lol. Eventually, I did tried until I can log into Wechat to found that the text were written in Chinese only. I still can travel with a hotel shuttle bus even I do not read thing on Wechat (我看不懂) 😔 I definitely won't be back here even things are good. Hotel is providing everything we needed which is good but they should hire people who able to speak English or people who able to use translate on google and else to communicate as they open for the whole world guess. Not only Chinese on earth but also another language exists. Last thing, key of hospitality is ”SERVICE MIND”

SStevenBvlgari Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari? Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required. Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna. Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning!From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building. The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city. Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch. In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day. I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food. The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for. The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building. The sommelier suggested a great wine pairing for the meal and also provided a complimentary glass of champagne and a coffee liqueur before escorting back to the hotel. Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for. The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service. All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect. Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker. It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged. Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products. What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable. I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit. Thank you to the entire Bvlgari team. From those excellent customer facing members of staff to those who are behind the scenes and make things run so well. You all do a fantastic job and I wish you all the greatest success on the future. Ms Vanessa and all front desks staff were very accommodating, We had a great dinner at Estilo restaurant, staff were great! food was delicious! especially the steak was perfectly cooked as requested. Will definitely come back to Senz for another relaxing getaway.

DDKWThe hotel’s location is very convenient for anyone who wants to fly out from Hongqiao airport; it only takes a few minutes to walk over there. The service provided is very good. Essentials such as Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. I booked a room with breakfast included, which was a great choice. The breakfast buffet has tons of options to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Srui Tong arranged found a room with a window for my stay. The room is very clean and quiet ; Two complimentary bottle water are provided. I had a nice stay, will be back soon.

TTrippin’Great experience from check in to check out.. Breakfast buffet available. Great fitness, spa, and swimming pool area that all opens at 8a (late for a fitness area since we like early morning workouts). The from desk staff very organized and accommodating. Room service and other dining options throughout the day available. Perfect location to walk to the Jing’An area and even Kerry Centre. Easy pick up cabins for meituan. Will stay again if I make another appointment.

RRonakLocation is pretty remote-difficult to get around the area without a car as no bikes available in this region of the island. The resort itself was fantastic but only one gate was available to leave which made it awkward, food is very expensive in the restaurant and activities were limited at this time of the year. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent, the walkways within the resort were awesome and hotel shuttle service to get around the resort is great too. Great resort for families and especially if you have a car! I would stay again, but probably get a driving license first 😂.

If you are visiting Shanghai and need to wait for an afternoon flight/train, the checkout time will make your trip back more comfortable.
