Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. We were very impressed by the staff responsiveness 👍 The room is spacious and clean.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel staff are really friendly and welcoming, when we arrived at 9pm. Upon check in, we were served with hot towels and some pastry. We were escort to our room (welcome fruit and dessert). Overall, great experience and will definitely come back again. Great things - Breakfast spread was decent (Yunan Mixian was the bomb) - Room was supply with oxygen - Room was really clean and new - Complimentary laundry service done by the staff (not coincidentally laundromat) Things to improve - The heater in the room was too warm even after trying to adjust the temperature. We need to open the window to let the cool breeze in. - no fridge in the room - no air conditioned. As per staff, Shangri-La is usually cold throughout whole year so only warmer is provided in the room

Group of 6 from Singapore, stayed at Z hotel for 3 nights. Highly recommended!! Modern luxury theme, with very friendly and accommodating staffs. Hot towel, tea and snacks provided upon reaching the hotel. 3 scents of shampoo/body wash to choose from. Dessert and fruits provided daily. Close proximity to old town (15 mins walk, 5 mins drive). Oxygen is also provided in the room. Elderly folks also thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I have nothing but great things to say about my stay here. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was warmly welcomed with drink and snacks. What was unique - they had three sets of toiletries to choose from. My family could choose the one they like. Room was clean and big enough for the 4 of us. There were also complimentary fruits, snacks and goodnight dessert. When I asked for where I could do my laundry, my dedicated ‘butler’ was quick to offer that they do them for me and they were promptly handed back to me the following day. If I could rate them 10 stars I would 🤩. Their warmth and service was just great !

Free laundry service and friendly staff. Breakfast is good and you get to choose your own fragrance (out of 3) for the body care products. Room has 2 sinks.

Hotel is very clean and exactly like the photos they posted, the receptionists are all very friendly and helpful! We had a wonderful stay!

I love everything about this hotel. The interior design, breakfast buffet and the location. All the employees are really nice and attentive. The service is top notch! The room and bathroom is also very clean. The hotel has heated floor and oxygen. Perfect hotel! Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. 10/10

Hotel is just next to the old town and park very convenient, and the facilities and breakfast were super good.

Amazing room layout, exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Had a wonderful and restful stay at Z hotel, the staff made for a homey stay with late night snacks and other treats like fruits. They were also thoughtful to offer laundry service which was god sent. Wish the team all the best and good business!
