The main reason I chose this hotel was for the hot springs and my own convenience. However, I discovered that the hot spring and resort are managed separately, which meant I had to return to the counter to return the key and complete other formalities before I could go back to my room after using the hot spring. The front desk staff were less friendly, and honestly, the worst I’ve encountered among all the hotels I stayed at during my trip. Their hospitality needs significant improvement. Additionally, Yabuli is very remote, and transportation is quite inconvenient. The hotel staff didn’t assist us in contacting any drivers. As locals, they could have at least had some contacts or suggestions for transportation, but instead, they dismissed us outright, stating that no transfers were provided.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The service of the 毕雪源 was great as she was extremely attentive to our needs and was following up on helping us a lot during our stay. We would like to specially complement her for dedicated services.

出行前篩選了好久，這個酒店目測是亞布力最新最好的酒店沒有之一。在景區裏，但去哪裡都不遠。周圍風景不錯，酒店乾淨整潔。前台小陳妹妹服務熱情，講解細緻周到。房間裝修很有新意，所有度假功能都很齊全，進入房間喊小度就可以操作燈光和窗簾，直接讓我進去懶人模式。值得一提的是酒店早餐很是豐盛，比很多市區酒店的早餐也絲毫不差。這次和朋友出來滑雪，很是讓人愉快。

Perfect hotel that gives you a pleasant stay. Room : We book 1 family room and 1 standart room, all room is modern, all room was very clean and warm, they have floor heating, water heater, bath amenities that smells good, very clean and fluffy towels, automatic curtain, big tv, hair dryer, all things you need. Restaurant : The restaurant was very clean and warm. They have restaurant for breakfast with variety of food, even they dont serve western food, but you still can have fried rice and boiled egg for your daily protein intake. You also can have lunch and dinner here with reasonable price and decent portion, the dishes were delicious, our favorite is 锅包肉 guo bao rou, sweet sour pork which is northern’s specialty dish. Service : Their service is excellent, serve you with smile that warm your heart in this cold weather place ❤️ they were very helpful and sincere. They have pickup service from the nearest train station too. Around the hotel : There were ski place with affordable price for ski equipment, clothes, shoes, gear, and ski lessons. Perfect for ski begginers and kids. At night you can also try 烧烤 various chinese barbeque with affordable price, have some beers with your friends and family. Scenery around the hotel was very beautiful too. Overall : We are very happy during our stay in this hotel, it is a memorable stay for us. 預訂這個房間實在是猶豫了一下，因為是新開業，擔心環保問題，可和管家溝通後看到視頻放下心來，被他們的設計吸引，管家介紹門是銅質的，很貴的，可門牌卻簡樸到幾個字寫在門上，都是道德經中國的傳統文化，不得不説細節滿滿，老闆説他形容這個字叫“拙”細細品味恰如其分，在據説上萬元的門上簡單的幾個字，體現了看淡一切的視野，裝修方面沒有繁複的裝飾，床墊確實意大利進口的！馬桶也是智能的，值得推薦！！

因為是會員的關係 幫我們免費升級為家庭房 房間超級大的 也蠻乾淨的 可能是剛裝修的關係 有點味道 別墅在山上 旁邊就是個滑雪場 酒店外面的風景還不錯 但是因為是在山上的關係 每次下去都要叫車來接送 很不方便 另外房間的淋浴噴頭出不來熱水 後面是去浴缸那邊洗的頭

環境：酒店亞布力哈雪谷旅遊度假村裡麪，整體裝修乾淨舒適，一進度假村就是一個大雪人非常震撼，入住酒店還可以玩越野車牽引的大章魚一路飄逸好開心，晚上坐在餐廳的大落地窗前一邊享受美食一邊觀看外面的篝火晚會，還可以隨時出去一起參與其中一起跳舞 設施：有電梯有空調，全屋地暖温度適宜，乾淨衞生 服務：表揚服務人員，熱情周到，幫忙預訂滑雪 介紹遊玩項目 很熱情 推薦更多的朋友來哈爾濱

查詢了大量亞布力的酒店 最終抱着賭一把的心理定了這家新開的民宿 沒想到超乎期待的滿意 首先説地理位置 就在滑雪場區域內 家門口還有個小小的雪場 很適合初學者瞎折騰 然後説房間 是真正按照家的風格裝修的 非常新 雙床每張1.5米 兩大兩小都完全夠 衞浴設備也和宣傳的一樣 最主要説下衞生 作為一個潔癖患者， 這裏居然治癒了我 進門就換拖鞋 行李箱的每個輪子都被擦乾淨後送到房間 門口換鞋毯來完一批客人就擦一次 的確是當自己家在愛護的 紙巾用的是德寶 鼻炎患者表示樂開了花 此外 老闆娘也是品味很在線 香薰好聞 香水都是高端的 甚至是小眾高端如馬吉拉（美粧行業從業者的職業病，我就喜歡研究這些） 餐盤和裝飾物 很多都是dior和hermes 父子倆去滑雪 我在民宿曬太陽辦公 非常有舒適感 最後説下服務 可以提供包車去雪鄉沿途遊玩 雪場接送等 車子是全新的gl8 舒適度極高 司機也毫不催促 沒有緊迫感 很適合不想做攻略的遊客 再補充下： 隔音也很可以 禁煙 暖和 的的確確是住在家裡的感覺
