Hotel 4-Bintang di Jilin, China

This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building. This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas. You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.

Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good and our stay there was definitely very enjoyable, totally recommend this hotel and would stay in this hotel again when visiting Yanji. Location wise, its close to a departmental store and close to attractions such as the 网红墙 and 民俗园.

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

這次的入住體驗總體來説非常不錯！從還沒有抵達酒店之前，就已經接到了前台工作人員打來的電話，提前問我們多久到，告知了停車場位置，還貼心的提醒我們天氣冷需要添加衣物。酒店也有免費的停車場，地上和地下的都有，進出都很方便。抵達酒店後工作人員個個都很熱情，進門就有主動問好，還給倒了熱茶。辦理入住速度很快很專業，特意告知了房間空調可以制暖，房間裏還有加濕器可以用，酒店的設施也都很齊全，包括健身房、自助洗衣房，二十四小時都可以用。酒店的地理位置非常好，離延吉各個景點都很近，不趕時間的話基本上步行就能到，打車也就五到十分鐘，出行非常方便。亞朵的床品也一如既往地特別舒服，枕頭和自己家裡用的是一樣的，睡得非常舒服！餐廳晚上有深夜粥到，是有免費的粥、小包子鹹鴨蛋可以吃。亞朵服務一如既往的好，感謝前台接待的糖葫蘆，服務熱情，走的時候還會主動送幾瓶水，整體感覺非常不錯。

The hotel was located in the middle of the city. The downtown (where the markets and department stores are located) was a bit far to walk from/to the hotel. But since the taxi fare in Yanji is very affordable, it was not a big problem for us.

離火車站比較近的酒店，由於一早趕火車，選擇了這家，價格很合理，特別要感謝退房時的小姑娘，由於趕火車，比較着急。小朋友的一衹玩具烏龜落在了酒店，在火車上打電話給前台。很快通知了客房人員，幫我找到了丟失的東西。寄了出來。下班後還叮囑接班人員督促快遞上門取件。幾位工作人員真的很負責！推介入住！真的太感謝了

The view from our room was also very nice. And the location is great if you want to explore the more lively areas of Changchun!

I love the minimalistic design of this hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The receptionist is very helpful and willing to go extra miles for helping us on booking for the courier service. There is also a supermarket and a Korean fusion restaurant right below the hotel which is very convenience.

Booked 2 rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating to our needs . Unfortunately 1 of the rooms have a strong smoke smell despite it being a non smoking room. We were not able to change rooms as it was a full house . The staff tried all ways to help remove the smoke smell through a perfume spray and an incense . The location is very centralised . Will come back again

非常滿意的一次旅遊住宿，無意間攜程看到的，對比了區域位置，價格，環境，抱着試試的心態定了，結果酒店意外的滿意，房間很大，裝修的很有風格，尤其通頂門很是大氣，我們因為要玩偽滿皇宮博物院那條線路，所以定在這邊位置，直接走過去就是，其他景點打車也很方便，衞生間也非常大，就是暖氣太足了，像我們怕熱的晚上睡覺有點太熱了，可以考慮温度適當低一點？睡覺出汗

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

The location of the hotel is just great. Very convenient to arrive with taxi or leave to the Changbai Mountain entrance. Also close to the city. But the room was interesting. Clean, good, but: The WiFi was not working and it was known to the hotel staff, but no one ever cared about it to fix it. The AC was not working at all. Sleeping at 26 degree was hard. Breakfast was typical local food. Very delicious. Western breakfast we cannot recommend. The butter was already to old and could not be eaten anymore. Toaster toasted on side too hard (burned) and the other side nothing. So, all in all a good hotel for a short stay (weekend).

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

I would like to thank Piyanshan Hot Spring Hotel for a fairy tale that lasted me 5 days. Everything was so good, beautiful, tasty, healthy! There was beauty everywhere, the whole atmosphere was magical! The people who work in this amazing place are just as wonderful! A vacation that will be remembered for a lifetime. I found a place that I want to return to and that remains in my heart. Thanks to the fact that my room had its own access to fresh air, I was able to see the beauty of the night sky, beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Thank you for the gift you gave me. 這次來延吉選了好幾家最後訂了這家沉香裏酒店 酒店設施很完善 還有機器人 很方便 而且酒店內很安靜舒適 大廳內有沉香的味道 聞起來很舒心 吧枱的服務態度也很好 很親切 出來玩感覺遇到好的酒店讓人整個旅行的心情都好很多 洗漱用品也都是定製的 很好聞 床躺着也是很舒服的 對這個酒店整體都很滿意👍

衞生給5分是房嫂阿姨打掃確實好，每天還會幫我們疊疊衣服，這是我沒想到的，很温暖。 環境和設施給3分是給你們家電梯的，就一個小電梯，趕上有婚禮，等了3.4躺都沒下去，快崩潰了。 服務給1分，是你們家前台有個女的工作能力太差了。一開始10月1日入住，挺好的，主管還很熱心腸告訴我們穿少了，長白山得穿羽絨服，還給我們送到電梯那，挺好，本來對你們家印象特好。結果10月2日晚上訂外賣，外賣“丟了”，打前台兩個電話，第一個電話告訴我外賣不在，機器人送了，第二個電話告訴我外賣丟了找騎手和她們前台沒關係，我説沒別的辦法？等吃飯呢，服務員直接讓我找騎手，直接就掛了，騎手那邊告訴我放機器人裏了，在酒店外賣還能丟了不成？我不理解啊，服務員做事太沒温度了，哪怕找找也行啊，這麼冷的天我去前台battle，最後在前台的桌子上找到了？那麼明顯的位置，沒有一個服務員幫忙找，就説讓我自己聯繫騎手，和他們沒關係，這種服務是我住了這麼多年酒店沒見過的，實在是太不負責，工作太不到位了。

首先聲明我不是託哈，經常帶着長者和小寶出門，選擇酒店其實還蠻挑剔的，很少寫評價，但這家酒店是在入住後就非常想推薦給想來延吉的朋友，首先地理位置優越，距離民俗園、恐龍博物館非常近，步行都在3分鐘到達，晚間周邊環境也很安靜。酒店內部環境優雅温馨，温度適宜，對於北方人來講其實有點熱。所有服務人員都非常耐心、熱情、周到，是整體服務素質非常高的一家酒店，這一點非常滿意。預訂的親子房，房間內部乾淨、也很大，佈局合理，隔音也很好。一樓大堂吧的飲品價格也不貴，米酒的味道很好，特別推薦玉米口味，退房前台還送了伴手禮，感受真的非常棒。早餐豐富、味道不錯。非常推薦大家選擇。
