Hotel Mesra keluarga di Shaoguan

The building is very well built and maintained. Exceptionally clean. I was given an upgrade for a room on the 21 st floor, thank you! Two of the older staff on the front desk spoke English, the younger staff seemed very nervous around me as the only foreigner in town. I couldn’t find the gym. There is a pool, but only for the brave in winter. Handy location next to the mall and supermarket, not far from the the East bus station where you can go to the region’s main attraction. The hotel really needs a washing machine and clothes dryer for self service laundry. I found the bed very firm. Very good value for money.

此次旅程是前往韶關南華禪寺，對比了很多酒店民宿，最後選擇住“其其民宿”，老闆很好，心繫住客，那天到達韶關已是晚上十點左右，老闆專門打電話，詢問路上是否順利，有什麼需要，我是在南華禪寺門口下的車，因是晚上，老闆馬上開車出來接我，雖步行也衹需10來分鐘，但真的非常感謝，很溫暖！老闆人很隨和、熱忱，是位退休幹部，喜歡攝影，還收藏了書法、字畫等作品陳列在他的茶室，民宿獨門獨院，環境很安靜，第二天到南華禪寺，下午回來后感覺有點累，老闆在他的茶室泡好菊花紅茶，一口熱茶喝下，累意頓消，那天還品嘗了老闆自家種的香蕉，還吃到了剛從地裏拔的菜心煮的麪，好愉悅😀感謝老闆！祝生意紅紅火火！越來越好！！

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

這服務，確實沒得説，推薦推薦推薦菜品很豐富，品相也好，肉很多，適合跟朋友們聚餐一起來，吃得太撐了店面面積很大，環境真挺好，價格也真不貴！沖鴨！完美！食材新鮮，很🉑。給一個大大的贊，每次來吃都很開心。門口就有停車位非常方便，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境分給到5分！

Value for money and walking distance to pedestrian street. Little old but great value for money. 4 floors and a little like a maze. Gym and small breakfast included.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

從入住到退房，酒店的服務讓我都非常滿意。前台小妹妹非常熱情，入住手續辦理迅速。房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適。酒店提供的早餐非常豐富，品種多樣，味道很棒。特別是排骨麪，比外面的早餐檔的麪都要好吃很多，味道超讚。強烈推薦這家酒店！
