Located in Sharjah Close to the Lagun. Upon arrival we where met by Mr Bassam and Hefny who took great care of us. Mr Hefny should be promoted to Supervisor in my opinion. He is kind, respectful and well spoken. Great person. Mr Shahin the bell boy, who is kind, well spoken and holds the hospitality to a next level. The breakfast is good. At the FB area there isr Emed who runs a round with passion and a smile. Before you ask him, it is already taken care of. Dear Mr Fady thank you on behalf of my family for the stay and thank your staff.

More like a 4 star B hotel but at least better than Ibis Sharjah Liked · 1. True non-smoking room not non-smoking only in name as at Ibis Sharjah 2. Excellent refrigerator with working freezer. 3. Excellent aircon with temperature control. 4. Spacious room and large modern bathroom. 5. Mattress is comfy. 6 Good blackout curtains. Disliked · 1. Drain in sink clogged 2. Hair drier not working 3. Annoying buzzing sound (emitted by refrigerator?) impeding continuous restful sleep 4. Clock set incorrectly indicating 40 minutes fast 5. Terrible corrugated floors uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet or with socks 6. Very few spare outlets to use or inconveniently located negating their utility 7. Quirky, unergonomic lighting i.e. insufficient lighting for reading in bed; floor lamp located in useless place 8. Bed needs an extra, thin sheet (brought my own fortunately) and is not long enough for tall people Cleaners start vacuuming around the doors of the room by 10AM so if you are not sleepless from the noise in the room, then you will get woken up by the cleaners mid-morning. I used this hotel as I had a 17 hour layover in Sharjah. It is located in the neighborhood Majaz-1. On the way from Sharjah airport on a Saturday evening it was slow going by taxi (30-40 minutes) at a cost of 55 dirhams but Sunday morning just 10-15 minutes at a cost of 36 dirhams. This was an alternative for me to staying at the overpriced Sharjah Airport hotel on Dhaid Road ”Centro” (in which there are no eating options outside this Centro Hotel). However, near Hotel 72 turning right at the main entrance staying on the main street there is a good Arabic restaurant within perhaps 250 meters from the hotel called Madfoon Al-Khaimah. That is why I rated location as very good in terms of utility of Hotel 72 as a transit hotel. Charged $79 for one night. If you add in an additional $27 for taxis from/to the Airport, the savings from staying is very small to nil but at least you can have a good meal at an affordable price near Hotel 72 at Madfoon Al-Khaimah. I would not rate this hotel highly but standards are low throughout Sharjah so, in comparison with other Sharjah options, it is not a bad choice. Certainly better than the last time I transited in Sharjah and stayed one night in Ibis Sharjah, which, even at half the price of Hotel 72, is an inferior choice by far. If memory serves, by the way, I stayed in room 607 down the corridor on the 6th floor last door on the left.

Very great hotel! The staff were very hospitable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints. Very communicative & cooperative staff, especially the head of the reservation team- was very easy-going and understanding of all of mine and friends’ needs and it facilitated us accordingly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has either a long-stay or a short-stay visit. Also very comfortable for a group of girls. Pretty certain a family would be satisfied too.

Literally the worst hotel in UAE I ever stayed. We stayed there only because there was a weekend and public holidays, so many hotels were sold out and we didn’t have another option. I didn’t even think that this kind of hotel exists in this country even. It’s not 4* hotel at all, I would give it 2 stars as maximum. The property is very old and very poor when it comes to housekeeping. First they gave us a room which is connected to other, and you can hear every single move and sound on what’s happening in next room, no privacy at all! The cupboard was broken as well, when we requested to change the room, they told that hotel is fully booked, however after we complained they changed a room, at least thanks for that. But still a room wasn’t clean, there are stains on bed, there is even leftovers from a food under the bed!! Unbelievable!! There is a leakage from AC in the washroom and water is everywhere on a floor because of it. Breakfast is poor and they don’t even have a Normal coffee such as latte or cappuccino, they serve guests with Nescafé 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ Not all staff is wearing masks in the restaurant in the middle of pandemic! Everything is dirty in the restaurant and seems no one cares about it. Only the one restaurant is open and the lounge which they have photos on *********** isn’t functioning (as per the staff it only opens for special events🤦🏻‍♀️). Pool is just so bad that I even couldn’t enter it, because of a smell and plus it’s inside the building. I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

She arrived to a half full parking area. The lobby was festive, small, well lit, and quiet. Two Asian receptionist received her. They were very nice, polite, and professional. They gave her a trim on the fifth floor facing the rose. This is what we asked for. She really loved her room. The hard wood floors, the art work. The added lights. She couldn’t stop talking about the balcony. On her next stay, we’d love for her to stay on the top floor and please no more loud, unruly Arab families with crazy children. We could here them slamming doors and shouting during her webinar. We knew it was Arabs.

Хороший отель, встретили нас гостеприимно, быстро заселились в номер. Номер в целом не плохой, все необходимое есть, шампуньгель для душа заменяли, постоянно, номер просторный. Никаких посторонних запахов мы не почувствовали. Удобные просторные и мягкие кровати, как мы любим. Номер оснащён всем, что нужно. Убрались в номере достаточно хорошо, белье и полотенца меняли часто. В отеле спокойная атмосфера, красивый интерьер. Питание не плохое, ничего особенного, но в целом нормально, все свежее, персонал был вежлив и приветливо. До пляжа идти пешком далеко, но есть трансфер от отеля, для нас время было неудобным, поэтому обратно мы чаще всего ездили на такси, никакой экономии)) Если на такси то пляжа, примерно минут 10. Пляж чистый и просторный, нам понравился. Также в отеле есть собственный бассейн, все необходимое есть, бассейн был чистый, людей там много не было, поэтому все нормально в целом.Занятся особо в отеле не чем, мы по рекомендации нашли группу по экскурсиями в Шарже в телегамме, пустыня понравилась. Также в окрестностях отеля есть много разных магазинчик, можно прогуляться и прикупить сувениры, и не только. Да и в целом сдесь неплохая местность, гуляли с удовольствием. Так как мы впервые в стране, мы остались под впечатлением от местных жителей и колорит. Получили приятный опыт от пребывания в стране. В целом проживание в отеле можно оценить на твёрдую 4. Отель из категории бюджетных, поэтому много ждать не нужно и настроение будет отличным. Спасибо персоналу отеля за гостеприимство.

Приехали в отель около 8:00 утра. Туроператор предупреждал о том, что заселение будет происходить в 14:00 и кормить в этот день нас будут только ужином. Но! Номер предоставили нам сразу и с улыбкой проводили на завтрак ＜3. Только потом мы поняли насколько это ценно, тк ближайшие рестораны не работают (слева от отеля закрыт на реконструкцию, ресторан справа (около супермаркета) закрылся в пандемию и с концами). Номер был тихий, не слышно шума от дороги. Очень не хватило балкона (его нет во всех номерах). Кровати - шикарные отдельные полуторки. Завтраки понравились очень: овсяная каша на воде (но если туда добавлять хлопья, то вкус чудесный), масло, салаты, лепешки (типа, лаваша), сэндвичи (чаще всего с помидором), яйца, тосты, оладьи/наггетсы/сосиски/яишка, ароматный кофе с молоком. По обедам и ужинам есть небольшие замечания. ВСЕГДА присутствовал рис, плов и макароны,курица (в разном виде), говядина (бомбическая, разная). Иногда давали овощи-гриль, лобио, картофель вареный, фри, кукурузу. Достаточно однообразно, но голодными не были. !ДЕТКАМ кушать нечего, тк чаще всего блюда подавались либо с перчинкой, либо с пряностями. На обед всегда разные супы (невероятные: грибной, гороховый, пюре, лапша). Десерты тоже вкусные, но мало (всего 2 на выбор): рулетики/арбуз/потрясающее желе с ананасом или кокосом/пахлава. В целом, отель понравился, но номерной фонд староват, поэтому оценка четыре. Давно пора делать ремонт. Убирались прекрасно. Всегда идеально чисто. Ежедневно пополнялись: шампуни, гель, лосьон, мыло, вода. До моря 7 минут (как выходите - направо). Нужно перейти три дороги с односторонним движением. У нас проблем не возникало, часто водители уступали. Пляжное полотенце брали на ресепшн, ваучер отфотографировали в телефон. Аренда зонтика на пляже 600руб, лежака - 300руб. Сейф в шкафу бесплатный. Бассейн на крыше - холодный. Утром в коридоре отеля зажигают аромалампу - бомба.

I have stayed at this apartment for one month, and the rent price is affordable compared to the Dubai accommodations. The cleaning service was satisfactory. Housekeeping (Islam Abbas Karim) was so friendly; he cleaned up the room every day so, the room looked new and felt fresh every morning. He changed the new towel every day, provided room amenities (ex.: coffee, tea, sugar, a bottle of 1,5L water) every day, picked up the rubbish every morning, changed the bad every single morning too. The problem for me is the location. It is far from metro stations and bus stops. The nearest metro station is reachable within 11 min. (by taxi, uber, or private car), it is Al Qiyadah Metro Station.

I love the Hotel, great view of the waterfront; best location - near the City Centre. Room is clean, well maintained, thank you Housekeeping! Breakfast is good. You've got great colleagues! NAMITA from the Breakfast team, proactive, always offering assistance. AYMAN of Front Office - very engaging, professional, great interaction with guests. Also to SALMAN & AKASH of Concierge, proactive, helpful and friendly, also the gentleman at the valet (sorry I didn't get the name, perhaps Nepali, very helpful as well). You have beautiful Hotel and great staff. Keep it up. Will always choose your Hotel if ever we will be in Sharjah again.
