Hotel berhampiran FIX PRICE MARKET, Sharm El-Sheikh

I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

Never been to Egypt before and due to costs we came here as it was an all inclusive deal and the temperature was better than the canaries for the time of year. The hotel is lovely, not too big and plenty of pool space for all, if not there are sister hotels less than 5 minute walk away which facilities you can also use, both are right by the sea for amazing coral swimming and views of amazing fish in pristine clear waters. One sister hotel also has an amazing Spa with excellent sauna jacuzzi and great massages on offer to relax you further whilst on your break. The rooms are a little dated, due to the current unstable economic climate but the staff here worked non stop carrying out maintenance to the hotel, guest areas and all it's grounds constantly during our stay in an effort to keep things neat and tidy which they certainly were. We had a.minor issue with our room and within the hour our issue was resolved by the excellent Guest Relations Manager Natalie and even the Hotel Manager spoke with us and assured us of the steps he would take to resolve things, which we cannot fault at all, to be honest amazing customer service and instantly too. Thank you. The food was an acquired taste but there was enough variety at each sitting and we always found something, the choice and variety must be difficult to manage to cater for guests from around the globe. The weather was certainly better than the canaries and the staff at all hotels made our mid winter summer mini break an unforgettable visit and we felt very safe and secure always at all hotels. To summarise yes it's a little dated but the work ethic and staffs positive lovely attitudes towards guests made this a place and hotel we shall definitely be returning to and would recommend it as opposed to the Canaries, cost and weather alone you'll be onto a winner. An incredible resort with clean rooms, beautiful views and lovely staff. Everything you need is available at the resort from shops to SPA facilities and activities (some of which are at extra cost e.g. boat tours and water sports). Definitely recommend snorkelling (free but need to bring your own equipment, which you can also buy at the resort shop) as the coral reefs are breathtaking with colourful fish swimming everywhere. The pools are very nice and Ahmed by the heated pool was absolutely lovely. The food was very tasty with various theme nights and lots of choices in general. Everyone from the chefs to the waiters was super accommodating and the service was very fast. La Casa pizza restaurant and Calamari seafood place both had delicious food and fantastic staff. Special thanks to pizza restaurant manager Khaled who took extra care to make sure we were happy throughout our stay. Ramy from the Lobby Bar also deserves a mention as he made the most beautiful cocktails and always had a big smile face on his face. Overall, could not recommend this resort enough and would like to thank all the staff once again for making our stay special.

酒店的位置很棒，離紅海和擁有絕美景觀的farsha cafe都很近！工作人員都很熱情，check in的時候還給了我們番石榴汁喝！晚上有很多活動，大約11點後才會安靜下來，如果想要早睡可能需要準備耳塞。

Just returned from a great week at the hotel. Food was good and varied in the main hotel, but very limited in the snack bars. The hotel is on a steep hill, so walking around could be difficult for some, although a bus runs a shuttle from top to bottom. Entertainment was ok, main acts only lasted 20 mins or so and were very average and the music was not really geared to the audience as very loud dance music was played around the main pool and after the daily acts had performed. Activities around the pool were also hit and miss. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so attentive. Special mention to Sayed in the main bar and Beshay in the pool bar. The level of customer service they showed to us was exceptional. Overall we had a great week

Well, we choosed to book this hotel when i saw new pictures and videos after renovation. To be honest, the hotel was a very nice hotel. Security: 10/10 they are everywhere Concierge: Quiet helpful. Reception: 5/10 This area needs more training about hospitality and friendliness. You are the face of the hotel. First impression is a must. And in my experience, it was not reach. Housekeeping: They did a really great job. 10/10 Cleanliness in the room: 7/10 Molds in the bathroom. Should perform cleaning periodically in the bathroom. Outdoor staff: They are outstanding 10/10 Food (buffet): 4/10 There weee not much of choices. Most of what they served were egyptian/arabian cuisine. In a whole week, they didn’t serve goat or lamb meat. It was chicken and beef vv. Foods were too oily. And the PLATES were not wash properly. I can see the stroke of how they wiped the plates. Clear enough to conclude rhat they didn’t wash it in the machine. Plates were too oily and unhygienic. We end up having stomach trouble from day 2 until we came home especially my partner. Seasalt restaurant: 6/10 Was not a good choice too. Tought it was a seasfood resto but it was not. Soup where in the cold room where the desserts are. Too hot to eat during sunset. Nice view indeed but i was totally sweating after eating pizza. But there’s a pianist that plays from time to time. Those in Marketing (selling tours or services) were sometimes annoying. But they did a really great job. 8/10 The pool is too hot for so many guests big or small. 4/10 Value for money 7/10 Friendliness (reception not included) 8/10 Cleanliness: (not included room) 8/10 public areas

سيرا فندق متميز جدا استمعنا بالاجازه كل شيء فى الفندق ممتاز وفى غاية الروعه والجمال اصطف الفندق متميز جدا وعلى قدر كافى من المسؤوليه واخص بالذكر خدمة الغرف غرفه نظيفه جدا ومرتبة واحب اشكر محمد سعد وكريم هوس كيبن على حسن المعامله وشكر خاص محمد سعد كان متابع معانا طول فترة الاقامه شكرا

الفندق ممتاز جدا بجد و من افضل و انضف الفنادق الي زرتها ، مع العلم ان زياراتي كلها لفنادق كبيرة زي شتايجنبرجر و صن رايز و چاز ، الستاف كله ممتاز من اول الرييبشن الاستاذ احمد الجريسي اللي استقبلنا بمنتهى اللطف و تعاون معانا جدا في التسكين عشان احنا كنا ٤ غرف و الاستاذ اسامه طبعا مدير الفندق كان في غاية الود و الاحترام و التعاون في كل شئ ، كمان الناس المحترمة اللي في الهاوس كيبينج الراجل سعيد الضوي المحترم كان مساعدنا في كل احتياجتنا ، دي اول مرة اعمل ريڤيو بس عشان اتبسطت جدا منهم قررت اكتب الريڤيو ده، طبعا ناهيك عن الخدمة و المطاعم اللي في كل حتة و حمامات السباحة و الاكوا و الانيميشن تيم و كل شيء الصراحة زياراتي القادمة كلها في الباتروس بالاس ان شاء الله
