Ulasan Novotel Sharm El Sheikh

Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds are great, however the hotel is severely dilapidated with the furniture in the rooms falling apart. Cost cutting methods especially on food and drink abound

Very good hotel, great location best part was the sea and snorkelling. Hotel employees dont know English. It is suprising. But if you speak Russian everyone is familiar.

It is quite good location at Naama bay, breakfast is also many kind and nice taste.

Someone in reception very stupid

Novotel are a chain with hotels around the world. Rooms are clean, pool area is good. The gym is poor, with 2kg weights, broken bike. be aware of the hustlers that operate in here, I ended up paying $150 for a haircut in the barbershop, its located in the Palm side, a man turns up out of the blue and baboozals you with some ridiculous treatments that was forced upon you...., You agree to shut the man up.....It's a well drilled hustle. I did complain to the Accor group to make them aware of this l but it fell on deaf ears. $150 for a hair cut for a 50 year old man ..... really Novotel.....!!! Be aware of the sellers harrasing you at your sun lounger trying to sell you day trips, massages, etc, they are the same people who operate in the hotel, that push onto you the haircuts!! Not a good experience and I left the hotel early.

周りのホテルよりも安くて、朝食も美味しかったです。部屋は綺麗でホテル自体も大きかったですが、トイレがあまり流れなかったのとシャワーの温度調整が難しかったです。ATMがありお金を下ろせます。

酒店地理位置還不錯，工作人員也很熱情，酒店的私人沙灘也很乾凈，早餐也不錯

酒店服務很差，住在隔壁的一家子歐美遊客素質很低天天徹夜的尖叫，玩遊戲，沒有一個晚上消停，打電話給前台要求換房，每天得到的答覆只有：對不起沒有空房了。我説那你們打電話提醒下他們安靜點呢，只有第一個晚上聽見他們打電話提醒了，後面他們也不去電話告知人家，住在這酒店的每一天都無比痛苦。 自助餐也很差勁，950磅一個人，很難吃，食物樣式也很少，一個服務員一直站我們旁邊讓我們付錢，但是前台讓我們吃完再付，不知道他在急什麼急，結賬的時候我們給了40美金，這服務員竟然直接自己拿走了找零的美元？？excuse me請問你提供給了我什麼服務？怎麼好意思自己拿走錢的？最後強硬的讓他們把找零還給我。 總之不推薦，服務太差了，至上而下的差，大家去挑挑別的酒店

房間乾淨，又挺大的，從陽台門出去上個坡就是5號游泳池，主餐廳在海灘翼，走路過去七八分鐘，也可以打電話叫擺渡電瓶車接送。

Было заявлено что отель 5 звезд, максимум три звезды , номера старые , но чистые. Завтрак ужасный , каждый день одно и тоже!
