Comfortable bed, great rooms, outstanding location. Staff goes out of their way to help. Our room had some smoke smell and the staff did not hesitate to move us to another room with an air purifier, which greatly improved the situation. Unfortunately in the evenings the smell had come back (perhaps it was due to some neighbours smoking in their rooms). The rooms actually had really good sound proofing but I think we were a bit unlucky that our neighbours were having a really good time (🤭😉🤭) for a few hours in the middle of the night (~2am - 4am) so that disturbed our sleep a little bit. But honestly I think no 5 star hotel would be able to sound proof that level of screaming happiness. Overall considering the circumstances we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent services from the staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Super love the laundry service. Just need to drop it in the washing machine and the staff will send it up to your room when it is done. We also had a free upgrade and they provided us with free breakfast during our stay. Overall, it is a very comfortable experience and would definitely book again!

We had a very enjoyable stay, top service, room facilities and location. During checkin a young receptionist took care of us quick and simple, and the same guy served us delicious supper but most of all during checkout we had tremendous help by the young energetic girl to go out all the way to the street to help me get a Didi ride twice! And her other young colleagues were just as helpful by serving us complimentary cafe latte, bravo and way to go! Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and relatives, hopefully we’ll come back soon to enjoy the excellent hospitality provided us.

I always book this hotel when I’m flying out of Hong Kong. The location is exactly at the ferry to get me to the airport. Super convenient. The room is nice and the customer service is great. I slept like a baby. The breakfast options needs work though. I didn’t like it at all. The options were slim.
