Was somehow disappointed from what we seen on booking platform vs real. 1st of all, we struggled to find the entrance, as you can see ,it's hardly able to note that it's a legit hotel, no signs, no indications. We went around this place with local taxi even with the Chinese Map apps, we spent more than 30 mins trying to.locate this so call hotel. It's not even a hotel in my opinion, maybe like a AirBnB at best. Staffs are young and helpful. But some are clueless , we wanted to book a taxi to airport, she quoted us rmb500 without hesitation, we paid rmb180 on arrival. Only after I strongly protested and make noise ,they finally got us a pte transport for 200 rmb. Room was comfortable and clean, self sufficient. Location is good, which is about the best thing about this so call hotel.

Took us awhile to find this hotel since it was located within a tall building. However people around are nice to help to direct us. Check-in was fast and easy and I could communicate with the recep through wechat for any request or housekeeping. The recep was able to reply quickly and they are available for 24 hrs! We had some issue with the hot water on the first night and the weather was chilly at night. Contacted the recep and was directed properly to adjust the heating temp in the toilet. All in all, the room is huge with 4 double beds which my kids could sleep comfortably on and service is great! Will definitely stay here again if we were to visit shenzhen!

Booked this hotel because I had to go to the airport early in the morning. Excellent breakfast, service and cleanliness. I’ll definitely come back again. I especially wanted to thank the lady who served breakfast this morning as her attitude was the brightest.

Super good location , downstairs located between two metro station, and surrounding by 4 big shopping mall. and has underground channel all full occupied by local food and local stuff .

Betul-betul di hadapan 岗厦站. Ia terletak di hadapan pusat membeli-belah, jadi ia sangat mudah untuk makan atau membeli-belah. Ia adalah apartmen yang baru dibina jadi ia bersih, tetapi saya tidak berpuas hati kerana saya diberikan bilik yang berbeza daripada yang dalam gambar. Saya diberitahu di meja depan bahawa saya tidak mempunyai pilihan selain membayar untuk bilik deluxe dan memberi saya bilik di tingkat yang lebih rendah.
