Being new here, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this stay turned out to be my most satisfying one yet. I hope I get the chance to book here again when I come back to Hong Kong. Many thanks for the top-notch service !

Good location, however the room was quite small, just big enough for the bed itself. Noisy neighbours throughout the night. A slight cigarette smell in the room.

Won’t recommend altough the location seems convinent. Have to walk up stairs in a dark place.

I had made preparations before I stayed here, because this is the cheapest hotel near Futian Port, and I got a special room. As expected, the experience was really bad, but I have to emphasize it again, because the price is very cheap, I accepted it. Reminder to everyone, special rooms can only be arranged on the 6th to 8th floors, and I didn't receive any reminders before. And each floor feels higher than the actual level, and it's tiring to climb. If you have a suitcase, you can either pray for the best or move to a lower floor. The point is that it's small, which is determined by objective conditions. For example, this place is small and the environment is not good (facing the street, there are restaurants nearby, and the noise is loud). However, things that can be determined subjectively still need to be done well, such as hygiene. For example, in Figure 3, the stains on the sheets are so bad that I dare not sleep; the remote control is also missing arms and legs; the table is also dirty. And there are no disposable slippers here, please bring your own... The only pair was brought by the clerk, and I thank the clerk here. But maybe it's not part of their service content? You have to climb down 6-8 floors again to get it yourself, no one will bring it up for you.

There is no sound insulation, the house is completely leaky, it is better to live in the low-lying bridge in winter

There are many night market snacks downstairs. There is a construction site nearby, which is a bit noisy. The building is next to each other and the window is the opposite building. The ventilation is poor, the lighting is not good, and there is no elevator, which is terrible. The CP value is too high! The location is good and the price is affordable. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. She told me that I was more sensible and even helped me upgrade to a larger room. She also said that I rented it for 5 days and didn’t charge any more for me😁That’s so generous! There are two more subway stations nearby. Just downstairs is a food street and Shuiwei Night Market Pedestrian Street, which is a paradise for foodies🤭. I will definitely come back next time I come to Shui Wai Village.

The location is very good, much better than the surrounding apartments of the same price. But the room smells bad and the conditions are limited. I can only say that this is recommended for this price.
