The place is really good. It’s comfortable, the rooms are big. We liked the location, as it was really quiet (we stayed during the CNY so there were not many ppl and cars, not sure about the other times). It’s clean, the bed is comfortable .

room was clean and the amenities are 5 star standard. only complaint is noise coming from corridor and other rooms slamming their doors

Nice design for the loft family room. The service robot is great, as we would like to order from Keeta. But there a little bit far walk from trian station.

check in time is two o'clock, but still cleaning till to three o'clock, not very smooth, first eye to the mouse pad which is not nice /not clean at the reception , it should be renew always since the wastage too much. others inside the room are quite good , we like the room type, more spacing :)
