Excellent location, clean and compact room. Very warm front desk staff especially Ms Matalie, her cheerful and helpful attitude really makes the stay very pleasant indeed

Housekeeping was superb. Clean room everday. Location is unbeatable. However, frint desk (Cici) was cold and lacks customer servicr. We were unsure if she was ready to serve/check us in bevause she was looking as the screen the whole time and avoids eye contact too. She also has a difficult time conversing in English ane makes little effort to communicate in English so guests have to adjust which is odd since Mocy is an international hotel brand. Apart from this, was good and we’ve enjoyed our stay

It was a last-minute booking at Moxy shenzhen because we missed our high-speed train to shantou (due to late arrival from Singapore). It is close to the SZ North rail station, and there are cafes and restaurants near the hotel for late night meals. The hotel room is clean and modern with good amenities. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and we had a good night sleep before our onward train journey to shantou.

Great hotel to stay! Bella helped me checked in and checked out. Natlin, Ula were very friendly and accommodating. Good location, recommend!
