Facilities: Very unique and modern. Cleanliness: Good and clean. The toiletries provided were also good. Environment: Very convenient and nice. Service: Excellent, excellent, excellent! Welcome cocktails (2 glasses): A bit sweet, haha. You can ask them to adjust it for you, haha.

Great location near the subway station, just one stop from Shenzhen North Station. The downstairs commercial area, Hongshan 6979, is very lively with tons of food options. The room decor has an industrial style. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even gave us two complimentary soft drinks at the bar, which tasted quite good.

Starting with the positives: A swift check-in experience with a welcoming receptions area. The manager at reception was proactive and introduced us to the facilities. There is a wide selection of chinese and western breakfast items and the coffee is good. The room is clean and spacious and the design is modern. The gym was very well equipped for this category of hotel. Areas to improve: 1. On our first day, one elevator broke down for the whole day and there were about 6-7 people waiting on every floor for one elevator. You had 4 staff standing idle behind the counter on 3F. It would have been more effective to station these colleagues around the hotel for crowd management . 2. Breakfast service was understaffed. Food was left on the floor for over 30 minutes before the receptionist helped clean up because other staff were so busy. No one collected our plates during our stay. 3. It is unacceptable to provide one chair and one bathrobe for two guests. We asked the helpful housekeeping staff and they were able to assist us. Overall: the hotel has some excellent facilities with lots of activities on the 3F but attention to detail is clearly lacking.

Regarding leisure and entertainment facilities, the public area on the 3rd floor of the hotel covers an area of approximately 400 square meters. VR games, game controllers, dart machines, foosball, billiards, and various board games are all provided free of charge to guests. There is also a library, business internet access and printing facilities, a gym, and a self-service laundry room available 24 hours a day. 5. Regarding dining, the hotel provides guests with a rich Chinese and Western buffet breakfast every day. The MOXY restaurant and MOXY BAR also offer a variety of dining options. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea in the restaurant or on the hotel's outdoor terrace, and relax in the MOXY bar in the evening.

The hotel is very clean and well-equipped. The reception hall on the third floor has a wonderful European ambiance, with billiards, sports games... it's really nice to sip a cocktail slowly and listen to music. A big thank you to Sister Xiao Dong for the complimentary breakfast! It was delicious.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just one metro stop away from Shenzhen North Station. Downstairs, there are plenty of options including cafes, massage services, and various restaurants.

The location is fantastic, right by the bustling Hongshan commercial area, with plenty of food options available late into the night. The room was a bit small, but the decor was very unique. The hotel also offers free recreational facilities.
