Hotel berhampiran Japan Niaoju, Shenzhen

Everything is perfect. The receptionist provided all the choices to me for upgrading and explain everything clearly. Name of the receptionist is ”Jing” and she provided the best service I ever have. Her passion and 24hrs service provided us a more than satisfy experience. I strongly recommend this hotel with 5 star service to everyone.

The hotel upgraded us to a bigger room which was really spacious. Hotel is located near exit 32 of the Futian metro station and the surroundings is very serene and tranquil

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

The hotel’s lobby exudes elegance and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for a wonderful stay. My initial room, while comfortable, had an atmosphere that wasn’t quite ideal for my needs. Upon expressing my concerns, the staff responded swiftly and professionally by arranging a new room for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find an extra ozone air purifier in the new room, which significantly enhanced the air quality and overall comfort. The room service was nothing short of excellent. Every time the staff came to tidy my room, I could genuinely feel their dedication and respect for ensuring my stay was as pleasant as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its wonderful room and lobby services, friendly staff, and their commitment to guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen and look forward to staying here again on my next visit.

The room very clean. The best sheets ever found in any hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Though a bit noisy but if you want a place near the centre, then it’s perfect

This Pullman hotel is right next to Shenzhen North high speed rail station. Less than 5 minutes walk from the station. Also number 4, 5 and 6 Metro stop in this station too. There is a shopping mall next to the rail station with many restaurants. I pick up some snacks and drinks from a 7-11 shop there. Check in lobby and breakfast room are on 46 floor with a great view of the Shenzhen north area. All rooms are on high floor. I stay in room 5608 with a nice view. Room is clean, has decent size, modern and relaxing design with bath tub, which is an added bounce. Breakfast is buffet style with good selection. Coffee is decent too. I have a relaxing stay there. Do not mind to go back for an other visit.

The hotel has an amazing location, it's in the center and the nearest metro station is 5 minutes on foot. The service was good, the reception staff has an audio translator from English to Chinese which is great. The room itself was very spacious and well equipped, with an AC, huge TV and a comfy bed. All the toiletries were top notch. There were 2 minor problems - the room smelled of smoking and cigarettes and I the floors were still wet from cleaning when I arrived Btw, the WI Fi was excellent which is rate! 50 mbps download speed and stable Zoom calls! EXTRA points for that

Hotel is conveniently located in Huaqiang electronics area. Room was big and clean. There was free sumptuous breakfast available. Hotel was staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Recommended!

The room is surprisingly big and clean.It also provided shampoo,hair conditioner,lotion and body wash.The staff was super friendly too, she personally came to our room to help us with the washing machine when we called the front desk.Location strategy opposite train station

Hotel ini terletak tepat di atas stesen kereta api bawah tanah Shaibu Selepas keluar dari pintu masuk kereta bawah tanah dan mengambil A2, anda akan melihat lif terus menuju ke hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap, biliknya bersih dan kemas sikap perkhidmatan yang mesra dan bertimbang rasa Saya sangat berpuas hati dan akan terus menggunakannya. Lokasinya mudah, dengan akses terus ke kereta bawah tanah, dan sarapan paginya okay, tetapi masa hotel agak lama.
