Location in Guangming is near the mall, red bridge, OCT Farm, Hakka. Getting there is best by subway since the traffic is not advised with all of the construction going on.
Hotel is clean, but rooms still need ventilation from previous smokers or small windows. Gym was right size for the need. Did not eat at restaurant, but it looked good. There’s another live venue within building, and martial arts gym attached. Reading area is spacious.
I mainly had a check-in issue which required two calls from Trip.com, two WeChat accounts to communicate, a call from a bilingual third party, and at the front desk. It was basically because I was foreign and the district of Guangming is still quite developing their network.
Overall, the price is made for the Atour name and could be adjusted if not including breakfast considering the location of the district is still developing. Otherwise, fine. Ask for hotel room necessities at check-in.

早餐原價自助餐是35一位的。可以吃的東西比較多。出品還OK。本來衹打算住一晚的，後來因為酒店還不錯，又續住了一晚。自駕出行非常方便。
開車去最近的地鐵站鳳凰城站，也就是5分鐘。可以把車停在光明區圖書館，然後坐地鐵去市裡玩。才一塊錢一個小時停車費。

CcheehooIntercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

Pada hari Ahad selepas sekolah bermula, barisan berjalan selama lebih dari setengah jam, dan beberapa orang tidak menyelesaikannya selama lebih dari sepuluh minit. Saya merasakan ia adalah perkara biasa. Kemudahan perkakasan tidak mengapa. Dua batang yogurt dan penyu kecil diberikan pada waktu malam. Buah yang dihantar pada sebelah petang adalah pisang, epal, dan pir. Pinggan besar dengan tiga buah buah di hotel lima bintang selalu terasa agak pelit. Memanggil untuk menjadikan semuanya dikira sebagai kelajuan biasa dan dihantar. Pada dasarnya, terdapat aktiviti untuk anak-anak sepanjang hari, yang menafsirkan konsep ibu bapa-anak. Saya mendapat tahu bahawa kolam renang dibersihkan pada pagi Isnin. Saya tertanya-tanya adakah ia membersihkan dan menukar air setiap hari, tetapi kolam renang di tengah masih dibersihkan dari pukul 11 hingga 2. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
