Hotel Shenzhen dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I didn't recommend you guys to stay here if you don't smoke. I can feel it's smell in the air when I open room door or exit door to go to Landry room at 29th floor. I can't imagine if this hotel can be considered as 4-star hotel because its wall is too dirty and needs to be fixed ASAP. You will have breakfast at 3rd floor, this room is quite small, and staffs only speak Chinese.

Good business environment hotel. Breakfast can improved in more varieties.

The hotel has an amazing location, it's in the center and the nearest metro station is 5 minutes on foot. The service was good, the reception staff has an audio translator from English to Chinese which is great. The room itself was very spacious and well equipped, with an AC, huge TV and a comfy bed. All the toiletries were top notch. There were 2 minor problems - the room smelled of smoking and cigarettes and I the floors were still wet from cleaning when I arrived Btw, the WI Fi was excellent which is rate! 50 mbps download speed and stable Zoom calls! EXTRA points for that

酒店相距於”國展北地鐵站”約有20分鐘之行程... 在大熱天時之下,若是手提行李稍多... 只能打的,實是有不便之處！ 我當日入住之時,碰巧有旅行團同時一齊入住,等待了差不多30分鐘才到我！倒楣 ! 入住在四樓,一層約有30個房間！ 入房後,房間的潔淨程度,比想像的為高！ 特別是在此等級的酒店中,潔白的毛巾,令人留下深刻印象！ 電視畫面又夠大! 房間雖處於酒店的背後,但有大型停車場在前,視野寬敞、絕不侷促！ 不過,早餐及令人失望... 原本期望粥、粉、麵、飯、蔬菜有齊... 但見只有稀粥一窩其他四樣欠奉！ 也好在進食的地方環境寬敞、舒服算是補償了多少！ 畢竟,出行如遇上十全十美的酒店,實在難得,隨遇而安、心境舒暢便可！

Just few steps walking from the metro station, I like the room cleaning and all Hotel supplies, they keep giving new for all items everyday. Only one comment, it will be better if they build some hanger in the bathroom, not convenient when taking a bath

酒店很特別，設計風格滿滿，古色古香的很有韻味。前台小姐姐服務很熱情耐心。還給我免費升級房型，房間住的很舒適，衞生乾淨到位，配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，比一些星級酒店的還要好，早餐種類也挺多的，葷素搭配吃的很好，很滿意的一次入住體驗，下次再來😀

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and I was greeted with a smile when checking in. Emily and Luna at the front desk were friendly and helpful, which left a great first impression. The service was attentive and thoughtful—they even allowed us a late check-out, which was very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the overall scent in the hotel was pleasant, unlike many other hotels. The breakfast was more Chinese than Western, but it was still quite good. The location is also very convenient, with good transport links and everything you need nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it and stay here again.
