GGuest UserThis stay was exceptionally good. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right next to a subway entrance and close to commercial areas. You can walk to popular attractions and various dining spots, making sightseeing or everyday meals effortless. Driving and parking were also smooth and stress-free. The front desk staff were warm and efficient; check-in was quick, and they proactively informed me about hotel facilities and useful local tips. They patiently and thoroughly answered any questions I had, making the whole experience very pleasant.
The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors; every corner was well-maintained. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the pillows were at a comfortable height. Paired with excellent blackout curtains, the room was incredibly quiet at night. The soundproofing was very effective; I barely heard any noise from outside or the hallway, allowing me to sleep soundly until I woke up naturally. The room facilities were complete and practical: the air conditioning cooled/heated quickly and consistently, the bathroom had strong water pressure with instant hot water, and the TV had clear picture quality and many channels. The room also thoughtfully provided disposable toiletries, ample drinking water, and charging sockets – the attention to detail was exceptional.
Hotel common areas were regularly cleaned and disinfected. High-traffic areas like elevators and the lobby were well-protected, ensuring a safe stay. They also offer convenient services like luggage storage, laundry, and printing, with prompt responses to requests. The value for money is outstanding. Nearby, you'll find supermarkets and pharmacies, making daily shopping very convenient. The breakfast spread was rich and fresh, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables to satisfy various tastes. Whether for a short business trip or a quick getaway, this is a highly reliable choice. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it.

1. The facilities are new, and all tables have rounded corners, which is very safe. There's a crib and bed rails available. The bedding is comfortable (though the mattress is a bit soft), soundproofing is good, and the toiletries are complete; the loofah sponge was particularly effective.
2. Breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's delicious. The fruit is fresh, and its quality is visibly excellent. Although there wasn't a dedicated baby meal, they had plain congee, boiled eggs, and the wonton noodle chef even helped prepare unseasoned vegetables and wontons for the child, which my kid loved.
3. The service attitude is superb. The staff are all handsome men and beautiful women who genuinely adore little babies. It's not just a superficial kindness; they pay attention to details. When the baby threw the children's cutlery on the floor, it was immediately replaced, and they patiently waited for the baby to call them 'jiejie' (older sister) and 'gege' (older brother). The dining environment is excellent, with a great ambiance that would be perfect for photos, but I'm always too busy eating to take any.
4. The hotel is conveniently located near 7-Eleven, McDonald's, KFC, and very close to Qianhai Stone Park and Happy Harbor. There's also a large shopping mall (One Avenue), making it very convenient. Food delivery is also quick, with a designated '*******' counter.
5. The concierge is on the 1st floor, but check-in is on the 35th floor, which is a bit awkward but not a dealbreaker. It's more convenient to go to the guest rooms from the 34th floor; after exiting the elevator, turn right for the guest room elevators, which is much easier than from the lobby (35th floor).
6. Downsides:
A deposit is required.
We were traveling with a large family group, with elders nearly 70 and a child just turned one. Because of the number of people checking in, there were no rooms available on the same floor. Unfortunately, on the first day, I had to trek between the 39th and 46th floors. My elderly parents had trouble with the shower's hot water, and the water wasn't hot enough, almost causing them to catch a cold.
It was truly inconvenient. After communicating on the second day, we were told rooms on the same floor would be arranged in the afternoon, but it never happened by the time we checked out. Since we were only staying for two days, we didn't pursue it further.
Overall, the minor flaws don't detract from the experience; the St. Regis Shenzhen, Qianhai is still fantastic and worth experiencing.

WWoshipinglunyuanThis is a unique designer boutique hotel. Its location is excellent, right next to MixC Food City, and Sungang subway station is just a 3-minute walk away. The lobby and rooms feature a fresh, modern design with high ceilings, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is abundant, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back again.

Dining here was surprisingly affordable, offering genuine value for money, and breakfast was also quite good. The on-site bar stays open until 1 AM, and rooms even come equipped with a sound system. The beach is perfect for clam digging, and the water is crystal clear, making for stunning photos. A highlight was the complimentary 45-minute yacht excursion we received upon check-in. The weather wasn't too scorching, and we felt very safe as staff were visible protecting guests by the sea, even late into the night. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Even the drive up the mountain offers some spectacular, truly beautiful scenery.

KKiddFengI absolutely have to rave about this hotel! William at the front desk truly elevated my experience here (yes, that's the handsome guy in photo 2!). His warm welcome, the complimentary welcome fruits, and detailed explanations, along with his meticulous attention during both check-in and check-out, left a fantastic impression. The 24-hour gym is a given, and its transparent window design really helps you feel refreshed and invigorated. The location is also excellent, with convenient transport links, making it a great choice for both leisure and business trips. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. GGuest UserTaking advantage of the off-peak season after students returned to school in September, I booked a 'surprise room' mystery deal at this hotel. The front desk staff assigned me a room with a pool view. The hotel also offered complimentary welcome drinks at the pool bar upon check-in, which could be redeemed simply by showing my room card. Booking this surprise room was definitely a great choice!

We booked a 'mystery room' and used a Ctrip upgrade voucher, ending up with a partial sea view room. Though not spacious, the room was spotless, and the mattress and bedding were especially comfortable – we slept soundly.
The hotel is incredibly pet-friendly, only charging a 200 RMB deposit with no additional cleaning fee – a truly thoughtful touch! Downstairs, there's a quiet, clean private beach where our dog had an absolute blast. After playing, we'd just chill on the terrace, enjoying the sea breeze – truly the perfect vacation vibe. (Note: Sea access prohibited after 7 PM.)
The only minor drawback was the limited dining options nearby, but overall, the experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to friends with pets!

Jjerriah innStayed for two nights, here's my review!
First, the pros:
1. The location is absolutely unbeatable! The hotel has direct access to Yitian Holiday Plaza, and you're right at the mall and subway downstairs. It's a 5-minute walk to Window of the World/Happy Valley, which saves so much energy when you're taking kids on rides. Plus, you can watch the fireworks display from your room's balcony at night – my kids were screaming with excitement!
2. The service deserves a big thumbs-up!
3. Little perks: They restock 6 glass bottles of mineral water in the room daily. The turndown service leaves little bear cookies that are quite tasty, and breakfast goes until 11 AM, which is great for late sleepers!
Now for a couple of complaints:
1. The facilities are definitely showing their age… The carpet edges are a bit frayed, and the bathtub drains a bit slowly, but the bedding is truly comfortable! Westin’s signature 'Heavenly Bed' lives up to its name – I was asleep in seconds.
2. Soundproofing is so-so. We stayed on the Window of the World side, and the park announcements during the day plus traffic noise at night were a bit loud. Light sleepers should request a room in the annex facing the mall.
3. Breakfast during peak hours means a scramble for seats! It gets super crowded after 9 AM, and the sausages were still half-frozen… I recommend going before 8:30 AM or just heading downstairs to the mall for dim sum – more options and cheaper too!
Summary:
It might be old, but the location and service are fantastic! Especially for families with kids visiting the amusement parks, for just over 1000 yuan, being able to go back to the hotel and relax whenever you want – what more could you ask for? I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just minutes from Haiya Colorful City.
The room's cleanliness was so-so. The bed was clean, but upon entering, I noticed the area around the sink was wet, there was mold behind the sink, and leftover fruit pulp was also present 😵💫. It seems the cleaning staff didn't clean thoroughly. Despite this, the front desk staff were very helpful and offered me another room to change into, but because that room was smaller and had other issues with the facilities, I ultimately didn't change. So, the staff cleaned the area around the sink in my original room instead.
Regarding facilities, the washbasin had several noticeable long cracks, making it look worn and old, but it was functional. The bathroom walls were all glass, with a curtain for the shower area, but no curtain for the toilet. This might be acceptable for couples, but very awkward for groups of friends. The glass door to the toilet had large gaps, so the sound of someone using the toilet could be clearly heard from outside, and I imagine the smell would waft out. The room wasn't completely soundproof; I could hear coughing from next door, though the volume was low and acceptable. Although it was a non-smoking room, I could smell smoke in the middle of the night; the smell wasn't strong, but it was still somewhat uncomfortable.
Overall, there were some shortcomings, but considering the price, I think it's worth considering. However, I wouldn't recommend it if you have high standards for accommodation.

GGuest UserLocation is peak, there are 2 separate stations within walking distance or you may use wechat/alipay to rent bicycle that is always available around the hostel or subway stations. Also you can find alot of cafes and artisan shops around the area (which are quite pricey) but there is a cheap breakfast and supper place just over the building opposite of the entrance.
Staffs are very friendly, there are a few free activities to join hosted throughout the week which is posted on the wall near the front counter. Their common spaces are also very clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Only towels and slipper are provided, so do bring your own toothbrush, comb, shampoo, etc.
Overall, an incredible place to stay for how much you are paying.
