Hotel berhampiran Taoxing Alley (Southeast to Yaohua Building Shopping Plaza) di Shenzhen

The room is clean. Service attitude of Front desk is not too friendly. The breakfast is really bad. No choice. Comes plated with 2 over fried eggs, Chinese sausage n rubbery ham. The service staff are attired like it’s back to the 1970’s.

This is my first visit to Shenzhen. The hotel location is just 5 minutes walk from the busy area of Dong Men Pedestrian street . Everything in the hotel is very new looks like it has been opened not long ago. The room is very clean. Everything is provided in the room like bathrobe, iron and ironing board, There is a fridge, unbrella, kettle, coffee and tea provided. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body moisturiser cream, shaver, tooth brush. The towels are new and clean. The breakfast is excellent and has a wide varieties. The receptionists are polite and there are welcome drinks at the reception when you check in. I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next visit. We stay here for 5 nights. I almost forget that there is a gym and reading lounge at the 9 floor.

If you are looking to explore the pedestrian street , enjoy the different kind of street food and restaurants, shops etc…. RANZ hotel has the best location, it’s only about 5 min walk away . My room is very spacious, AC is excellent. We will choose to stay here again . Choose the middle level and up for your room .

The service here is amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel location is very near to dong men with lots of food and shops and it is super convenient. The rooms are big and considerably clean. Overall this hotel is very worth the price and I recommend staying here. Mr Ho who works at the front desk is especially helpful to us.

Every month, I come from Hong Kong to stay at the Victoria View Hotel. The hotel has a large room space and is a one bedroom, one living room suite. The smallest rooms are 40-50 square meters, and there is also a laundry room and gym on the fifth floor. The second floor of the hotel is the subway station, which is not like Victoria View Hotel in Hong Kong, which is expensive and has small rooms. It is also very close to the Luohu Port, which is only 2-3 kilometers. Xiao Ling at the front desk of the hotel is also very good, with respect and conscientious dedication. This time we stayed at the same number as before and will come back next month.

Fantastic find. Very new hotel that is in the middle of the popular places in town. Staffs were also attentive to needs. There was one night where there was some issues with hot water bath. Also some noise as late as 11pm and starts at 7am due to nearby constructions. Overall: Recommended.

Banyak alasan nampaknya tidak mahu membeli di platform. Saya selalu menekankan bahawa ini adalah pengalaman yang baik untuk bilik khas. Alami bilik pengalaman bertaraf lima bintang di 641. Saya rasa bilik itu mesti mempunyai sesuatu atau sesuatu. Setelah bergerak masuk, bilik itu kosong dan bersih. Contohnya, tuala kertas adalah meja solek. Great location with lots to do within walking distance. There is a great little craft brewery right across the street (Richcraft) and a bbq place with a nice patio just down the road. If you don't have too much luggage, you can even walk from Luohu port exit. It is a busy area and you will hear some horns, but some white noise will drown that out. The pictures of the room are for a jacuzzi room as the hotel was kind enough to upgrade me. The rooms are a bit old but the furniture is in great shape so it is a very comfortable stay. A little disappointing that the television is not viewable from the bed though. Breakfast is good and there are western and chinese options. Sadly I never got the chance to try the pool. The only issue I had was during check in. The initial room had an issue with the hot water for the overhead shower which I discovered when taking a shower. I was switched to a new room but it smelled of cigarette smoke. I was then given a third room but it needed to be cleaned. I went out to run an errand and when I came back, the person who I had initially spoken with had gone out for dinner and no instructions were left about the room. I was given a fourth room but when I went to inspect it, it was a different style. When I went back to the lobby, there must have been communication about the third room as it was then arranged for me and everything was fine. The stay was then very comfortable but it was initially quite frustrating that I had to repack my luggage and go through four rooms. The final note is the room came with a 100 yuan voucher for the restaurant but it was difficult to understand how to use it. I ended up not using it. There was a cafe/bar on the main floor. It would have been more convenient if the voucher could be used there.

There is one weakness of this hotel, the hotel is a bit old, and does not have a comprehensive security system in the lifts, that means anyone (who is not a hotel guest has access to all floors and rooms of the hotel) this could be risky for the hotel guests. In the past, I have stayed in this hotel. I noticed that the hotel had been renovated, the lobby and hotel rooms are much brighter than in the past. This hotel has a pool and gym, but I had not used it, therefore, I would not comment on it.
