Ok, overall the Hotel was ”you get what you pay for.” It's not luxurious by any stretch of the imagination. It's small and has all the essentials. My biggest problem was that one night there was evidently a married couple that stayed in the room next to mine. The husband decided to start yelling, breaking things, and sounded like domestic violence. I immediately alerted the front desk and ask them to call the police. They promptly moved me from the current room I was in, to another further away. I still hear the screaming and breaking of things for a few minutes after that. The following day, I made a complaint, but the hotels' policy was for them to ”stay out of it.” They simply said they were moved to another room. I was speechless. I'm in a different country, yet I expected so much more.... Other than that incident, nothing was stolen, the units were cleaned daily, and they have a laundry room on site. The price was the best in town.

I hate to leave poor reviews. This place is what it says it is. Loud music till 2am. It's not that loud in the room, just a medium resonating sound. The elevator and hall ways are smelly. The room is clean.
The place was a bit hard for me to find because it shares the same entrance with the KTV section. The hotel sign is only visible on the alleyway from the other direction.

The hotel was a real comfortable to stay at. The isolation was great which was a big importance for us, because the area itself is noisy. The room kept the noise out very well. There was also a speaker there that you can connect with using Bluetooth. It’s in the shape of a table and has a wireless charging port on the top

這次在網上預訂的酒店真的大大超出了我的預期！酒店設施非常齊全。入住期間加送物品特別及時，讓人感覺服務貼心周到。停車場寬敞方便，完全不用擔心停車的問題。床睡起來超級舒服，讓我疲憊的身心得到了極大的放鬆。房間裏配備的水也很充足，隨時都能解渴。電視看台特別多，能滿足各種觀看需求。去香港也很方便，附近就可以打車過去，或者坐公交車就在門口就可以。附近還有很多商場可以去逛逛，吃飯也很多。總之，這次的入住體驗堪稱完美，我非常滿意。如果大家正在尋找一家各方面都出色的酒店，這家絕對是不二之選！我強烈推薦給各位朋友，相信你們也會有和我一樣的美好體驗！

Check-in was a little sketchy at first but then we were checked in quickly. Our apartment was on the 1st floor and had a pungent smell which faded eventually with us just being there. The rooms and bathroom were very clean, ayis cleaned the facility daily. There was a washer with detergent, stove, refrigerator, and freezer for use; you can pay to . Overall, it was very convenient location for testing since it is a daily occurrence right now. There are several small stores, a McDonalds, Children’s hospital, and metro station nearby. The price was just right. I would stay again if I needed to stay. Luckily we didn’t have far to go when it was time to leave this hotel.

Location:
This hotel is located in a strategic spot with convenient access to anywhere in the city. The nearest MRT station is HuangGangCun Station, with three exits (C1, C2, and D) right in front of the hotel. If you have luggage, use exit C2, which has an escalator to the main street leading to the hotel. Be aware that there is no elevator going down to the station, so it’s easier to use the stairs from exit D for luggage. Alternatively, you can walk to the right side of the hotel and use the zebra crossing to find exit A with an escalator, which requires an 8-10 minute walk without shade. On the left side of the hotel, a 5-minute walk will take you to FuMin Station, exit C, near Ji Hotel. There are many restaurants and a local night market nearby, as well as a Starbucks and convenience store in the compound.
Room:
It got all you need. The room had a strong AC. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the smart toilet and separate shower and basin. Everything is controlled via a smart panel board. They upgraded my room for free, which had spacious space and a great city view of Shenzhen’s iconic building. The room included a free minibar with beer, tea equipment, a big LED screen TV, and a XiaoDu device for music and forecasts. Amenities included an iron and ironing board, toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, comb, razor, cotton earbuds, a powerful hairdryer, comfortable bathrobe and slippers, clean towels and blanket, a recycled bag, shower cream, conditioner, shampoo, lotion, handwash, tissues box, water bottle and etc. The hotel also provides free laundry and dry service, a comfortable king-size bed and pillows, and bright rooms with good sunlight and lighting. My room is at Floor#18. Excellent soundproofing.
Shower:
The shower had strong water pressure and 24-hour hot water with quick heat-up.
Smart Toilet:
The smart toilet was excellent.
Extended Stay:
I extended my stay for another two nights. I love this hotel. Bar streets and a mall near Exhibition MRT Station are just one stop away from HuangGangCun Station. A Didi/taxi ride back to the hotel at night costs CNY 16-19 and takes about 10 minutes.
From hotel to FuTian High-Speed Train Station:
It’s only 9-12 minutes by MRT from this hotel, one way trip cost only CNY2/pax. Take MRT line 7 from HuangGang exit D, change to Line 3 at ShiXia to FuTian Station (3 stops), or take Line 4 from FuMin Station exit C directly to ShiMinZhongXin Station exit D (2 stops). I suggest downloading the Amap app for detailed routes in China.
Service:
The receptionist and housekeeping staff are friendly and willing to accommodate any issues at any time. They clean the room every day without reminders, refill amenities daily, and provide laundry service, including folding, within a day. They also offer breakfast for an additional fare.
Additional Services:
You can order food and shop online, and request the seller to send deliveries to this hotel by informing the front desk in advance. The staff will use a robot to deliver your parcel directly to your door.
If you have a local phone number, you can register as a member to receive better offers directly from the hotel.
I would definitely come back again.

YYui KeungA great stay as it had been for us the last time we were there in July for the first time. A very nice hotel indeed with friendly staff. The hotel is sparkling clean. Breakfast was very good. A brand new mall next to the hotel just opened up with great food and shopping just minutes away. We loved the self-help laundry service and enjoyed our stay overall for the second time there. Will definitely book again.

MMrs.KH WangCelebrated my always birthday in paradise at Intercontinental Dameisha! 🌊✨ Stunning sea views, a private beach escape, and delicious dim sum made it unforgettable.
I recently celebrated my always-18th birthday here lol, and it was nothing short of incredible. While the check-in processing took a bit longer than expected, the amazing staff, especially- Blue Du, really made my day special by offering me a beautiful room with a stunning sea view in a quieter area which required by me —thank you for that!
The beach and swimming pool area were superb—private, clean, and staffed with plenty of lifeguards, which made me feel secure and at ease. I truly appreciated the attention to safety.
As for the dining experience, I was pleasantly surprised by their Chinese restaurant, the food was delicious, and the dim sum exceeded my expectations—definitely better than your average dim sum place in SZ. (highly recommended the LaiChi shrimp ball and loster noodle, super yum!!)
To top it all off, the hotel sent me a lovely fruit basket as an IHG member privilege at night, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday celebration, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!!!

JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

Kakitangan di hotel sangat baik dan mudah didekati. Kami mendapat satu hari sarapan percuma dan bukannya minuman alu-aluan yang dinyatakan di tapak tempahan. Saya suka reka bentuk bilik, ringkas, bersih dan selesa. Saya sangat menghargai kad selamat datang dan minuman yang disediakan oleh kakitangan pembersihan, dia membersihkan bilik setiap hari untuk bilik yang saya tinggal. Kakitangan juga bertindak balas dengan cepat dalam menukar bilik yang kami tinggal kerana terdapat bau rokok di dalam bilik kerana pengudaraan yang rosak. Kelebihan bilik adalah kita tidak memerlukan penyesuai untuk palam, terdapat port USB di dalam bilik! Walaupun hotel ini terletak di tepi jalan, tetapi ia sangat tenang. Secara keseluruhan, penginapan di hotel ini hebat dan saya ingin tinggal di hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang!

Hotel ini mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap, biliknya bersih dan kemas sikap perkhidmatan yang mesra dan bertimbang rasa Saya sangat berpuas hati dan akan terus menggunakannya. Lokasinya mudah, dengan akses terus ke kereta bawah tanah, dan sarapan paginya okay, tetapi masa hotel agak lama.

My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
