Lokasinya sangat baik, sekitar 5 minit berjalan kaki melewati kereta bawah tanah. Di belakangnya adalah Dunia Vientiane. Pada masa lalu, Dunia Vientiane juga berjalan selama 4 minit. Ia tidak jauh dan senang dijumpai. Dengan kunci kombinasi, tuan tanah mendaftar masuk terlebih dahulu dan membuka kunci secara langsung dengan kata laluan. Bilik-biliknya selesa, dengan peti sejuk dan penyaman udara yang kuat. Terdapat juga pancuran, airnya lancar dan tekanannya cukup tinggi, ini adalah persekitaran yang sangat selesa dan hangat.

Everything was fine. The hotel staff are real professionals, very polite and caring. The room was clean and cozy, little things were thought out. Sweets at the reception are my favorite.

The hotel is very well designed ! It’s a WOW from the start of the grand entrance and the room is also spectacular for the price ! It’s more a 5-star luxurious level hotel than a midscale hotel to be honest. Front desk Ms Judy was very attentive and treated us like VIP, escorting us to the lift and upgrading our room as first timer to the hotel. The modern classic American design totally caught our heart despite the construction sites nearby. Please rest assure there’s no noise despite some visual impact upon arrival. As a relatively new hotel there are still plenty of rooms to choose from and you can get a room with more open view instead of facing the major sites. The high ceiling, curtaining, the lobby seating area, the theatrical lighting at lift area and corridor, the marble bathroom, floral decor and framed pictures, etc. all look chic and stylish! Would love to stay again! 💕 The free breakfast also blows my mind !! Very good selection from western to Chinese and a lot of freshly made hot food! Chef Chan is also attentive, proactive and hospitable, offering his assistance before guests even ask.

環境：在**上就被這家明星酒店吸引了，看了位置就在科技園裡麪，離萬象城，海岸城都比較近，果斷訂了這裏了，果然沒有讓我失望，跟家人都超級滿意！周邊環境也很好，晚上很安靜，周圍都是大廠，房間裝修跟圖片完全一致，loft房型空間感比較強，雖然沒有窗户，但是有單獨的客廳，衞生間乾濕分離，卧室乾淨寬敞，一點也不會覺得壓抑，房間設施都很完善，很多細節做的很好，牙膏沐浴露等快用完了聯繫前台，馬上就拿了幾支作為備用送到房間，很貼心！前台小姐姐也很奈斯，提前加了微信有需求都可以及時滿足。 非常棒的一次體驗，下次一定還會選擇這家！

The hotel is close to subway station, so it is convenient to reach. The room is really big and have everything you need for your stay. Staff is helpful. Special thx to 薛之谦 who called and informed my gf , her glassses were left in the hotel room so we could return and get them back from the reception desk.

The stay was really lovely. No problems whatsoever. What we found a bit annoying was the light switch system, because it was not centralized. We had to manually walk to every corner where the light was on and turn it off. The isolation has room for improvement, slight noise from the outside slipped in to our room, but not loud enough to disturb us.

location is good, very close to different malls in nanshan area, all 10-15mins ride away. staffs very friendly, they offered us free breakfast just because we were waiting to check in and the room was not yet ready when we arrived. very good service.
