Poor management n service..... didn't provided any kattle n heating system... overpriced according to room n requirement..it was way down from the main road; had to go down through a lott of stairs..no parking available..they lied about everything 😭😭

Not meet our basic like water bottle, bathrooms stuff. Even fan was also not there. We asked for side fan still didn't get.

I find this property really inappropriate if you are travel-ling with kid. They don't even provide basic amenities like kettle coffee etc in room. And the way to reach hotel is really dangerous.

I rent 3 room 2 room is not clean, and mosquito enter from the broken windows, and and room dining table is broken, chair is very old and dusty. Before 8am no kitchen activity if u need morning tea then wait till 8am to9am for tea or other breakfast items.

Me & my family stayed in hotel for two days, my overall experience very disappointing and below average. * one of reception guys very rude and unprofessional, when we entered in hotel they force to pay full 2 days amount before check in. * after paying amount the service quality was very very poor and below the line. * dirty bad sheet, pillow was smelling, seems not washed since one year, I have photo also as proff. *taking 300 extra for room heater even they don't have power back up in hotel. *if we compare with photo room size very small. I don't recommend to say with family in hotel.
