EVERY TIME I GO THERE, MY EXPERIENCE WITH BAREKAL FARMSTAY ALWAYD BEEN REFRESHING - BE IT ACCOMMODATION, FOOD, HOSPITALITY AND OF COURSE WITH SERENE NATURE AROUND. THERE ARE STUNING NATURE EXHIBITS WITHIN 30KM OF FARMSTAY IN THE FORM OF DAMS WITH THEIR ASSOCIATED NATURE'S ORNAMENTATION, RIVERS, WATER FALLS, TREKKING EXPERIENCES. A MUST DESTINATION TO VISIT VISIT WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS

We had an exhilarating holiday of 3 days at Barekal Farmstay with friends early Aug’24. The farmhouse itself is quaint and excellently maintained by Mr. Vikram & his team. Ample parking is available. The chef provides sumptuous, healthy and tasty locale cuisine. Rooms are quite spacious with very comfortable beds; each room has an ante-enclosure carrying a queen bed which the additional person or 2 kids can occupy comfortably. The whole group had a fantastic stay and the trip resulted as a real stressbuster for all of us. We are of the resolve to return again to the place in a short while, with family…..

No better base than Barekal Homestay, to see the waterfalls, lakes, dams, hills, temples, forest trails & forts of Malnad. Authentic homely food, warm hospitality, excellent large rooms. Kitchen garden. TT table. Efficient staff. Great location.

Barekal Farmstay exceeded expectations! The food was delicious, the cleanliness impeccable, and the views stunning. The staff and rooms were excellent! The hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The serene environment provided a perfect getaway, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

We had a family gathering for 2 nights at this place. We were a large group of about 30 and had an absolutely wonderful time here. Food was homely and delicious. The place was clean and rooms spacious. The surroundings were beautiful and we were cutoff from the outside world for 2 days. The staff and host were very friendly and cooperative. Overall very good experience. Would highly recommend this place for large groups.

Excellent place and location to stay. Surrounded by lush green forests and hills. Room was spacious and very clean. Vikram was very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place. Many interesting places to visit nearby.

Ambience, food, hospitality, amenities are all top notch. Situated in the middle of lush green forest, the location iss serene, beautiful and the property is well maintained. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food served is tasty Malnad style cuisine. The staff is courteous and well cultured.

Want to experience a home in the malnad? this is the place. Well maintained and spacious rooms with 4 beds in a room. they have games like TT, Carroms, Football, Cricket, 🏹, etc. They also have kannada books for reading. The very tasty food served is South Indian and Malnad cuisine. What stands out the most is host Mr.Vikram and his team, very courteous and serve their guests well. I would definitely recommend this place for people to enjoy the greenery.
