I earlier reviewed this hotel way back in 2017. Since then, I've been visiting Shirdi almost every year & staying at this same place - ONLY because of it's locational advantage, which I described in my earlier review. With each passing year, I've observed their declining interest towards maintenance of their property - the rooms, bathrooms, etc. - everything requires a lot of maintenance which I've been pointing out to them each time but to no avail. The room's crumbling furniture, the green fungus of bathroom's sanitary ware - it's not a welcome sight at all ! So much so, they've stopped extending even basic courtesies which they used to earlier - some flexibility in check-out time, an additional bottle of drinking water without a charge (we did'nt ask for a full bucket of the same !) In short, it's all about money, their rigidity towards their so-called policies & least courtesy even towards their regular customers. It's only their locational advantage which they seem to have taken for granted & day is not far when they will charge you even for wishing you upon your arrival - such money minded they've become ! So dear travellers, take your call for choosing this property but do not expect any concessions, flexibility, any basic courtesies, etc. Be prepared for a rigid attitude, as they do not understand the value of a happy customer in today's competitive times of the hospitality industry.
