Services & Amenities are good except some problem with toilet's system but hotel did a good job to rectify it.

This is one of the best hotel in Shishi . Bed is comfortable, bathtub is clean .

Absolutely great! Tidy, clean, excellent service, super beautiful and very well located. Is close to a shopping mall. They also accept foreigners and there’s a person who speaks English. Highly recommended!

避雷!從來沒住過服務如此之差的酒店,對客人態度傲慢無禮。2月初在網上訂了這個酒店,看到設施房間都還不錯本以為會是一次美好的體驗。沒想到下午2點到達酒店後,酒店説無法辦理入住,因為前面的客人還沒有退房,非常理解,把行李寄存就出過去了,等到5點多回到酒店辦理入住提出了加一床被子的合理要求,但被酒店工作人員無情拒絕,並且和我們説前面的客人非要加被子,所以他們就到別的地方給借了一床破被子。請注意是破被子,我非常不理解,作為服務人員為什麼能跟客人説出這樣的話?提出花錢加床服務也説做不到。在我們無奈之下,自己買被子來解決問題,前台答應我和快遞員對接,把被子送到我的房間。結果快遞員到達前台,他們讓快遞員説讓把被子放在我房間的門,口而我們當時是外出吃飯的狀態。幸虧快遞小哥服務意識強,給我打了電話,而且在樓道里找到了酒店服務人員,打開了房門,結果服務人員在明知是被子的情況之下把它放在了門口的地上。房間裏的電視在最後一天上午出現問題,無法收看正常電視節目,叫來酒店服務人員,檢查後説確實有問題,讓我們湊合湊合。我知道春節期間都很忙出現各種客觀的問題也情有可原。但是作為一個酒店,作為服務業從業人員,是否對客人應該有基本的尊重?對自己已經答應的事情能中的做到?對於自己客觀條件限制給客人造成的困難是否應該感到歉意,而不是傲慢無禮!
