Hotel dengan Khidmat Ambil/Hantar di Kaohsiung

I recently stayed at Tai Urban Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's amenities, such as the pool and on-site restaurant, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend Tai Urban Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming place to stay during their travels.

Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.

They gave us a free upgrade and overall it was a pleasant stay. I saw a dead cockroach in the bathroom sink as I walked into the room though..

Stayed at H20 Hotel in May 2023. Truly nothing but praises for this hotel - the service was impeccable (a car AND butler service was sent to pick us up from the High speed rail station) and all the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower area was also separate so no flooding issues. Location was also perfect - it was walking distance to the Ruifeng Night Market which has a plethora of street food options. We ate there for three consecutive nights. There's also a sanrio themed convenience store right across from the hotel which made for easy late night snack purchases. Highly recommended

Excellent service, spacious accommodation, convenient location, generous supplies or amenities and wonderful varieties for breakfast. We had two of the Best Japanese meals in Kaohsiung on the 3rd floor of this outstanding hotel.

The hotel is located at the city centre surrounded by department stores, shops, convenience stores and shops. Very close to the train station. Room was clean and spacious. Would be much better if external wall cleaning can be arranged more frequently so can enjoy better view at the room. Would love to highlight the movie channel with quite a number of movies offered by the hotel is nice.

Checking in process was smooth. Parking was also available at a parking building in front of the hotel. Room were suitable enough for four adults(we travelled as a family of two adults and two kids). Generally clean, staff was great. Breakfast was decent. Drinking water dispensers available at every floor. The only downside is you need to do laundry before 10pm as it’s mentioned that the room will be closed. It is free though, so good job for that.

The hotel was beautiful and conveniently located. The housekeep who came knocking on our door had food in her mouth - totally bizarre and unacceptable. The stay was very comfortable and the restaurant was wonderful, too. Their microwave was 3000 watts, so we couldn’t sterilize baby bottles and had to go to a convenient store nearby late at night….. I wish it offered more baby friendly amenities.

This was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apartment. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.
