Rufflets is a fantastic hotel, its location is perfect for trips into the town and has amazing grounds and gardens. The overall atmosphere is very homely and inviting, from the minute we entered we were greeted by Emma who made our stay most enjoyable. She was there for us whenever we needed her and we felt she was the foundation to our overall fantastic experience. The room we were given was perfect for our needs, with a new puppy recently joining the family, the easy access to the gardens along with the more isolated building made our pup feel perfectly at home. He was welcomed as much as we were and we felt at home bringing him into different areas of the hotel especially the bar. The bar was so cozy and quiet, perfect for us to sit and whine down for the night. Overall our stay was smooth and we had no issues.

PPengguna TetamuOn December 11, we traveled to St Andrew, and Rusacks was a perfect choice.
Our car broke down. As we couldn't get it started, we asked the staff for assistance. Mr. Ccllum who was at reception came to inspect our car, and he also called his colleagues to help. We feel so warm that they reached out to us!
Since the car was still unable to start, Mr. Ccllum assisted us to contact the car company and helpline. Under his help, the helpline came to repair the car that evening, but they still didn't figure out what caused the breakdown. Because we need to return to Edinburgh the next morning, the car company suggested that we leave the key at the reception, and they would come later to take the car. Mr. Ccllum agreed to keep the key for us. Luckily, the helpline took the car away at last, and we reached the railway station with Mr. Ccllum’s help.
The night came so fast and the weather was cold. Fortunately, we were safe due to the assistance of Mr. Ccllum and his colleagues. Many thanks for their kindness! We are so lucky to choose Rusacks!

EEwan CResting on its Laurels we believe! We booked the best available rates a couple of weeks out but noticed the hotel were offering much better deals for our dates which we were not advised of. We asked to amend the deal but were told no until we pointed out we were within the cancellation period. So we got the new deal which included a restaurant voucher for 110£ and the room was cheaper. The Road Hold afternoon bar experience was poor and it was very difficult to order another drink. Those guys missed a tip but maybe they don’t share the tips or don’t care! The room was not serviced during our stay but as we were only there for two nights that was not a disaster. The Jigger staff and service was above and beyond and they made the trip. Reception staff were also excellent. Unlikely to return until the 5 star service does.
