The stay was excellent. The rooms were stylishly decorated, and the lobby was spacious with a lounge, sofas, chairs, and tables – it was perfect. The front desk service was also very welcoming. It's only a two- or three-minute walk from Li Pang Donglai Times Square, super convenient. The front desk has a luggage room for storage, a refrigerator, and a shop where you can buy Pang Donglai products. There's also a ”treasure chest” with some essentials. The lobby also has signs with daily temperature information. The room cleaning was meticulous, and the hotel offers free parking. The value for money is incredibly high, and they even provide a must-buy list. We couldn't find a single fault with it; we were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. This is a very honest review from a Chinese customer – no exaggeration.

Just got back from my trip during Chinese New Year. The outdoor temperature soared to around 25°C these past few days, and the room felt stuffy. Since it's a central AC system, I couldn't adjust the cooling myself. I had to ask staff to help open the windows for some ventilation (they needed special tools), which made it a bit better. The sanitary facilities were quite good, though. As for food: the hotel offers afternoon tea and an evening buffet (there were about 4 dishes, but we didn't eat it so I'm not sure about the specific items). For getting around: Metro Line 1 is right next door, so getting around was pretty convenient.

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

I personally think it is the best hotel in the area, with complete services and facilities. There is a huge courtyard where you can walk and enjoy the flowers, and parking is very convenient.

Hotel location is very good to find, close to Wanda, there is also Dennis supermarket, downstairs is the bus station, there are more food and snacks around, the room space is very large, the decoration is relatively new, the health is very clean, the items are neatly arranged, ten minutes from the high-speed rail station, It is very convenient to dare to travel on the high-speed rail, and I will stay in this store next time.

Our first stop in Luoyang was this hotel, and it was pretty great. The family room was huge, and the whole place felt very new. Since we drove, it was a big plus that they have two levels of underground parking. It's about a 10-minute drive to the Longmen Grottoes, and there's a Quanshun Shopping Plaza about 3 kilometers away, also around a 10-minute drive. Getting to Luoyi Ancient City was quite congested, so after checking the navigation, we ended up taking the subway, and the station isn't far. If you're driving, the Luoyang Museum isn't far either. A highlight was the hotel restaurant; our kids tend to sleep in, and at other hotels, we'd eat first and then order takeout. But here, they thoughtfully provided takeout boxes for breakfast, which was fantastic! The breakfast itself was also good. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel.

This hotel is located in Luoyang's new district, making it easy to catch a taxi and avoid traffic jams. I booked an executive room, and for afternoon tea, it was my first time seeing 'white strawberry' (淡雪) – I devoured it! Dinner was also impressive; they set up the breakfast area for dinner service, offering both hot and cold dishes, including hotpot. A big thank you to Sun Xiayi at the front desk for her enthusiastic introduction to the hotel and its facilities.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious! The location is fantastic, offering great value for money. It's so convenient to get anywhere. This really lives up to its 'flagship Le Méridien' status; the design is thoughtful in every aspect, with charming little details everywhere. Special shoutout to Ms. Vivian at Le Méridien for her excellent arrangements in all aspects! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhengzhou.
