Bagaimanakah suhu menurun selepas terdedah kepada matahari selama sehari dalam persekitaran tertutup? Mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. The hotel has an airport shuttle that picks you up and drops you off which is amazing, it was clean but found a bit of hair strands. There are many restaurants around so it will be easy to get food even late into the night.

A relatively brand new hotel very near to the Luoyang Longmen train station. We arrived early and thankfully they allowed check in. The reception staffs was nice esp the male staff(sorry we didnt get his name). He helped us with getting a cab and other matters. There s a good coffee machine at the lobby(free drinks) . The room(family room) was good and comfortable. The laundry room was good too. We managed to do our laundry there. Get the option with buffet breakfast as the choices of food very good. There s also a night supper provided)porridge). While the hotel on its own is very good, the surroundings are a bit quiet. You can mostly get some food at the train station. Not many food shops or restaurants nearby. The metro is within the train station, so that s convenient to go to other parts of town. Its also very close to Longmen grottos and the didi fare was around 12 rmb only. Overall a very good choice for a short stay.

Our family of 5 people had a great experience to stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms of our stay. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location is great. Their service was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is nice,polite and friendly. They also have free transportation service to the airport and it is very convenient and helpful. I will definitely come back again in the future. Besides, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It is a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay near the airport. You will have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience.

Ia kelihatan lama dari luar, tetapi anda akan terkejut apabila anda melangkah masuk. Bilik-bilik bersih dan semua kakitangan menyambut anda dengan senyuman. Tiada kerusi di dalam bilik, tetapi terdapat kerusi dan meja di hadapan setiap bilik di lorong, jadi anda boleh berehat. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah juga berdekatan, dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Istana Rakumura. Sangat disyorkan

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Location is great, public transport right in front of the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the staff (reception, cleaners, housekeepers, etc) were very friendly and wonderful. They greeted you every time they see you. The room was always clean. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I visit Kaifeng.

They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

Location of the hotel is great, walking distance to Erqi square where you can find all the fashion mall, eateries places, etc...Its just next to Zhengzhou Railway station (100m away). Hotel buffet breakfast was good. There is a small minimart next door. Just walk 100m to main road to call Didie/taxi to go where you wanted. I call Didie to Yellow River scenic place which took 40min and cost RMB52.

服務：進門就説了“請幫我安排安靜的房間”結果一身反骨的小姐姐給我安排到了窗户在十字路口。門對面是消防通道。奇怪的是.明明是12樓，晚上卻一直有人進出,消防門斷斷續續摔門聲響到凌晨將近四點。 環境：馬路對面走3~5分鐘就是步行街。繼續走就是萬達。逛街很方便。還有附近的創業園區很美，拍照很出片。 設施：智能語音系統和智能馬桶加熱好評，電視可以投屏，看電影很方便。而且他這裏的拖鞋比其他酒店的拖鞋明顯厚很多。

跟朋友來鄭州玩兒，無意間選擇的這家酒店，挺出乎意料的，性價比很高，各個方面都很滿意，前台的小姐姐都很熱情，來辦理入住，服務很到位，很帖心，有一種家的感覺呢，房間也讓我很意外，房間很大，很寬敞，住着特別舒適，尤其他們家的床品，我是一個睡眠質量不太好的人，但是他們的床墊枕頭是真的很舒服，總之，跟我的朋友在這裏度過了愉快的一天，真的推薦大家來住，非常滿意！！！

Perfect location, just 2-3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room is okay, the internet connection is fine. Shower and toilet are okay too. No wardrobe, only 3-4 open clothes-hanger, which might be difficult. And just at the entrence of Luoyi Ancient City. Walls are super thin. People in China mostly wake up quite early and they are very loud-voiced… The breakfast is a bit poor, but okay. They do not have fork and knife for foreign visitors. You should being yours if you are not good with sticks. They should have a few ones. No English speaking personal at the reception, but they handle.

Great hotel in a great central location. Hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are well appointed, quiet, extremely clean and beds and beddings very comfortable. Breakfast has just the right balance between variety and quality. Front desk organized a tour for me to Longmen Grottoes and Shaolin Temple without any hassle. It's a short 10 to 15 minutes Didi ride to just about anywhere in Luoyang and I enjoyed the food court at the mall just across the road from the hotel. Will definitely stay again if I'm in Luoyang.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

Excellent hostel. I’ve visited more than 20 cities around China, and this hostel has the best leisure facilities: two large pool tables (the one on the left is really good), a big screen for movies and classic “Fred Quimby” Tom & Jerry, plus a gaming screen and handsets. They sell strong Trappist beers. Okay, the fridges with beers in should be a lot colder than they are, but at least for strong beer like Trappist beer, this doesn’t matter.  There is a 100-yuan deposit on arriving, but as promised this was repaid into the account it was paid from at midday (12:07). The woman boss has excellent local down-to-earth, great-quality food tips. They only speak a little English at the front desk, but they’re very quick and efficient at translating from Chinese to English on their phones. They have a rule I’ve never come across before after traveling very many countries: the washing machine can’t be used for underwear! But I remonstrated with them and they waived this rule. The beds have curtains for privacy. When I arrived, the room was too warm and stuffy, but they agreed to turn down the cooling system a little for the whole hostel to help.

Very bold and unique room design and colours. It's also quite a new boutique hotel which I think just started operations not too long ago. Not a big room but good enough for short stay. Would have been great if there's more flexibility on the perks that they offer such as afternoon tea.

Homestay owner 小杨 is a very nice and friendly handsome young man. He was very helpful to offer advice on where to visit, the eating places and how to get around. He even helped us to purchase online our entrance tickets to 白马寺 first when we had problem to access the local official website. Thanks again 👍🏼🙏🏼 Being a local homestay, the cleanliness part can be improved further as our room floor was dusty at the corners and also with footprints upon check in. However, 保洁阿姨 (housekeeping aunt) managed to mop our floor the next day after we feedback to owner and no more issue after that. I wld also suggest that the room corners, tabletops and bed head be checked to maintain dust/hair free We stayed 5 days 4 nights at this place. Room had a lovely view of 丽景门 which we felt as if we had travelled back in time. Not as noisy as what we had expected prior to our stay from the reviews left by other guests. Overall, we enjoyed the stay with the warm hospitality from the host and the housekeeping aunt. Aunt was very nice with us and reminded us daily to stay and wear warm enough clothing as the temperature turned cold halfway during our stay in Luoyang. A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

Best hotel that i've ever stayed in term of service. The people work at the front deck are so nice. They helped me & my grandma a lot from booking tickets to sightseeing area to booking taxi. Due to them, our trip went smoothly & my grandma had have a great time there. Thank you very much for your help 🥰.

The service was good. The airport pick up shuttle was quick even at midnight. The staff was helpful. The down was only the breakfast, which was only in the small plastic bag

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

來新鄭機場強烈推薦，非常有性價比的一家酒店。 先説接送機，非常及時，一個電話五 六分鐘就到，還幫忙裝行李，非常到位。到酒店辦理入住前台微笑不斷，問了我明天的行程 需不需要送機，登記了送機時間，還有叫早服務（提前30分鐘）想睡懶覺的有福了。進到房間很温馨，衞生打掃的很乾凈，床品軟軟的很舒適，值得一提的是居然有全屋智能，空調，電視，窗簾，燈光，智能的。洗髮水和沐浴露都是原裝的，毛巾.浴巾都是獨立包裝，從入住到退房，在這個酒店感受到了温暖舒心! 離機場很近，推薦大家都來入住體驗一下!真的很不錯 !
