"Вот A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement As expected, the JW Marriott Zhengzhou lived up to the high standards of the Marriott brand. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. One of the highlights is definitely the building itself. The hotel is located in an impressive skyscraper, and the views, especially in the evening, are absolutely beautiful. Staying on the 52nd floor was a memorable experience. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed, with a proper work desk, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank the housekeeping team, who did an excellent job throughout my stay. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. The biggest disappointment was the area immediately surrounding the hotel. If you arrive by car, everything seems perfectly fine. However, I enjoy exploring new cities on foot, and walking from the hotel was not a pleasant experience. The area around the entrance is filled with parked scooters, motorcycles, and cars, with concrete barriers everywhere. In almost every direction you walk, you first encounter parking areas, trash bins, and an untidy streetscape. It feels as though the pedestrian experience was not considered when the area was designed. It's a pity, because the hotel itself is excellent, but the surroundings don't match its quality. Another issue was a noticeable damp or musty smell in my room. I didn't see any mold, but there was a persistent humidity-related odor. One small observation: the elevators are incredibly fast because the hotel occupies such a tall building. If you're sensitive to changes in altitude or pressure, you may notice some discomfort while riding them. Finally, although the breakfast itself was excellent, the restaurant staff spoke very little English. Even asking for a spoon or fork was surprisingly difficult. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, excellent breakfast, beautiful views, and professional service. With a few improvements, especially regarding the surroundings and communication in the restaurant, it could be an even better experience."

"The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐."

"There are people smoking at the toilets in the common areas and there are also people illegally smoking in their rooms that the corridor smells of cigarette smoke. The hotel needs to be extremely strict in enforcing this non smoking rule to ensure the health and well-being of non smokers. The smell was so bad near the restaurant corridor that I had a blocked nose thereafter."

"Room very spacious and clean. Hotel decor is of old style maybe because it was built quite a while ago. Tried the heated swimming pool which was really nice with the outside temperature around zero degrees C. The breakfast was acceptable and staff was really helpful. Only little imperfection was the Fan coil unit have squeaky noise when at medium and high speed. at low speed was quiet, so the engineering department should up their effort to make the stay more perfect."
