我退休幾年了，帶上夫人北遊住宿一晚，酒店服務令我感觸頗多而且頗深，因為酒店太用心做事了！ 1. 服務，不僅僅熱情，而且專業、正規，五星評級沒有任何虛的成分。 2. 房間服務，細到，備受關愛。新鮮水果、咖啡茶包、小吃酸奶、手機充電線，一應俱全。細心表現在了細節上：wifi密碼不僅寫在桌牌上，而且粘在房卡上。一次性拖鞋，拆好了擺放在床邊。連調養的山渣茶包也是準備好的。可謂，比賓致如歸這描述還温馨。 3. 酒店後院小景十分別致。晚飯後在酒店後院散步消食，感受用心的是一排芬芳的香樟，不十分努力是很難在這地區茂盛的。塑膠步道兩旁是棕櫚樹、南天竹、四季桂、枇杷樹和草坪，更配有小小的木橋和波光粼粼的小水渠。這些物種茁壯的生成在酒店的院子，太有意義了。我的感覺是酒店設施和服務，超值。 4. 體驗了Room service點餐，價格不貴，菜品合適，服務專業。 5. 離曹魏古城很近，走路不遠，非常熱鬧。 我拍了一些照片放在這裏，可見酒店一斑。

I love the rooms. I love the place but the problem is they promise with the heat and air conditioning. The rooms are too hot. They need to keep a little more maintenance. Keep everything running in good condition. But Got a great atmosphere for the rooms. It’s a you that needs to be BETTER maintained .. could be perfect ..!

The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. The curtains, lights and air - conditioner are linked to Xiaodu smart devices, which is very convenient. The super king size (2 - meter - wide) big bed is really cozy. An adult and two kids can sleep comfortably on it, offering a great experience. We arrived at 1 a.m. Parking was convenient and free. After shopping at Pangdonglai Supermarket, you can push the trolley straight to the hotel elevator. It's worth recommending. As there was a long queue at Pangdonglai Supermarket, I called the hotel's customer service. The hotel kindly gave us a free late check - out until 2 p.m. It's really nice and definitely worth a recommendation. 房间很舒适，超级大，很干净，窗帘灯光空调都链接小度智能设备,很方便. 2米的大床超级舒适，一个大人两个孩子一起睡的很舒服，体验非常好！我们是凌晨2点到的，停车很方便而且是免费的，胖东来超市购物出来直接就能把推车推到酒店电梯口. 因为胖东来排队太久，给客服打了个电话，酒店给免费延迟到2点退房，非常赞！值得推荐.

Room is big, front desk staff is friendly. Location is near the longmen high speed train station. Ordered food delivery, front desk will use robot to send up to room. Only thing to improve is the breakfast, can be better in terms of the food and noodle staff can better explain the kind of noodle. Leak from 1 of the basin, but there is another basin so still ok.

房間特別好，特別滿意，離胖東來時代廣場超級近，來這兒住了好幾次了還給免費延遲，房間真的特別好，房間打掃的很乾凈，客房阿姨服務也特別到位，然後前台還有免費的茶飲，還有那種百寶箱特別方便，還有微波爐，我覺得設施做的特別好，這個酒店是我住過性價比比較高的，特別喜歡衞生做的特別乾淨，房間裏面的香薰真的很好聞。想要連結。

Thank you for going an extra mile to help us. The service from Reception staff is outstanding. They made sure that I am able to travel freely without knowing a single word of Mandarin. I also appreciate that the hotel added blooming peony into their garden just in time for the peony festival. The amenities is great. Laundry service is super convenient. Luoyang is under a lot of construction at the moment so dusty feeling is unavoidable. However, I believe the hotel is trying their best to maintain everything. If the gym equipment could be wipe daily, thay would be amazing.

Our five-night New Year's stay at the International Hotel, Luoyang was nothing short of impeccable. The hotel provided a wonderfully cozy refuge from the winter cold. The staff were exceptional—consistently helpful and proactive. On their recommendation, we attended the special New Year's Eve dinner at their restaurant, which featured a sumptuous feast. To our delight, we even won a prize in the lucky draw! The surprises continued on New Year's Day when the staff generously presented me with a surprise birthday cake during dinner. It was a truly memorable stay filled with warm hospitality.

The room is new, comfortable and luxurious. It is really a great value for money. Staff service was excellent too. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jiaozuo.

朋友來新鄉這邊旅行，通過對比附近的酒店給朋友定了麗呈酒店，朋友説這個酒店很不錯完全匹配得上四星級的設備設施衞生環境，尤其是這邊的前廳部小姐姐經理服務是完全匹配得上五星級的水平，小姐姐温柔可人説話也很好聽，辦理入住，退房，包括有任何問題詢問都是微笑相迎，對人很親切，不像那種冷冰冰的機器人服務！而且這邊居然是免費停車的，外面停車要60塊錢，酒店這邊給前廳部車牌號就能給錄個免費停車券，簡直是太方便了！早餐也很不錯，不僅有河南的小吃當地的特色，還有一些輕卡輕食營養搭配非常的均衡，我的朋友對於這次選擇的酒店非常的滿意，必須給個五星好評，體驗感真的很不錯，客房的設備設施也很好用，床單被罩也是乾淨整潔上去很舒服，是零壓床墊和乳膠的枕頭，對於睡眠質量不好的人來説太友好了！強烈推薦！

優點：房間面積大，床品舒適 缺點：房間老舊，不是新裝修，很老的風格。衞生不能細看。 窗簾有個管子擋住了，拉不到頭，透光。 而且最重要的是，超級不隔音！！！ 臨街，主幹道，半夜吵，早上吵！ 沒有服務，訂單送了一堆東西，不問不給，還説要寫好評才能給。
