Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 2 pagi, dan suhu bilik adalah 27 darjah Saya menetapkan fungsi penyejukan kepada 25 darjah Selepas 15 minit, suhu tidak turun sama sekali penyaman udara berada pada perkongsian masa Jika ia tidak dihidupkan pada waktu malam, fungsi penyejukan tidak boleh digunakan. Saya tinggal separuh tidur dan separuh berjaga selama beberapa jam dalam persekitaran tertutup pada suhu 27 darjah Celsius sepanjang malam, sehingga saya tidak membuka pintu untuk mengudarakan bilik pada waktu pagi, suhu bilik menurun! Saya tidak sangka hotel yang diuruskan oleh InterContinental diuruskan dengan begitu baik! Keadaan ini hanya berlaku apabila tetamu mendaftar masuk pada waktu malam Jika anda mendaftar masuk pada waktu siang, fungsi penyejukan anda dihidupkan dan suhu bilik boleh dikekalkan pada suhu yang sesuai. Mungkin anda telah membuat pengiraan dan memutuskan dua perkara untuk menjimatkan bil elektrik dan mengorbankan pengalaman pelanggan individu, dan anda memilih yang kedua. Cadangan untuk anda: Sebelum saya mendaftar masuk, apabila penyejukan dihidupkan pada siang hari, hidupkan penghawa dingin di dalam bilik sehingga saya mendaftar masuk. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. 1) The hotel is very beautiful outside and inside. 2) Very beautiful, clean and modern room, equipped with everything you need. 3) Good location: nearby park for walks, pedestrian street with lots of street food and entertainment. 4) Nice reception staff. I really liked this hotel. I would stay here again for a longer period.

離機場很近，而且還有接送車，師傅熱情準時，門口一排全是吃的很方便，衞生乾淨，就是房間較小，已經夠小的空間床頭櫃上還放了兩個大腦袋的枱燈，顯得更加擁擠，飛機轟鳴聲還是很響，衹能説轉機方便。

Absolutely nothing to complain about,.almost perfect place to stay in . Cleaniness is no.1 , location is at the door step where most tourist wanted to go especially at night . Newly renovated with high technology taps and shower so please asked how to operate the very new technology system otherwise will be thinking there is no hot water. Confirm you will have a good stay.

Our family of 5 people had a great experience to stay at this hotel. We booked two rooms of our stay. The rooms are specious and comfortable. The location is great. Their service was excellent. Everyone who works at the hotel is nice,polite and friendly. They also have free transportation service to the airport and it is very convenient and helpful. I will definitely come back again in the future. Besides, the price of the hotel is very reasonable. It is a great value for the price. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay near the airport. You will have a comfortable stay and pleasant experience.

best massage i ever had (thank you daisy!). awesome meals, perfect steaks, plentiful delicious breakfast. high water pressure in the bath. everything as you wish it to be in a hotel. the Staff were extraordinary: friendly, supportive, helpful, fast. breakfast staff quickly remembered my favourite tea and all seemed extra motivated. they all deserve bonus pay😁. i really lived to stay. though it is expensive. 100% recommend it

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

Stayed for 12 days. Hotel has only opened for business for several months so everything is very clean and neat. In place of a TV is a projector, which is my favorite thing. To a layman it can be a little challenging to get used to, but once you learned how to use it, it’s a hard to beat experience. Big movie screen right in your room! Staff were extremely friendly; I asked for a couple of more bottled water for a few days and front desk happily provided them. Free wash machine and dryer. And I took advantage of them on a daily basis. Breakfast does not offer many varieties but it’s inexpensive! 15 yuan or a little over $2. I ordered wonton soup almost daily; it was tasty! Location is fantastic. Only 50 meters from subway entrance even though I didn’t use subway much. Across street is one of the city’s leading shopping malls and there are many, many restaurants on the ground level inside the mall. If I have to list one con item, it’s the small entrance which can be hard to spot from the street view. Overall 5 star experience! Thank you. 谢谢🙏

隔音效果好，屏幕清晰，也挺乾淨的，樓下有很多好吃的，晚上有很多小吃攤，還有一些飯店，距離地鐵站也很近出行很方便，距離東站特別近，地鐵一站就到了。

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

Very nice hotel, close to most famous attractions in a walking distance. Staff were amazing, they helped my wife ordering food using their own devices when she seemed in trouble using hers, the helped us with taxis, and everything else we needed, they really were outstanding! If I go back to Luoyang I definitely be there again. The only feedback I'd like to give is that while the room seemed cleaned enough, they need to be a little bit more attentious to detail. Behind the sink in the corners were very dusty. But that was just a small detail.

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

酒店地理位置還可以，就是晚上出行北門很堵； 酒店可以提前入住，作為遠地來以為2點才能入住，本着衹放行李的打算，但沒想到11點就可以辦理入住，真的是太棒了！ 房間乾淨，床單被套睡覺是真的舒服； 酒店泳池水質還是比較乾淨； 早餐還行，該有的都有； 新酒店整體還是滿意的（如果抽屜放一個行李袋就更好了，對酒店也是很好的宣傳）

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

Perfect location, just 2-3 minutes walking distance to metro station. Room is okay, the internet connection is fine. Shower and toilet are okay too. No wardrobe, only 3-4 open clothes-hanger, which might be difficult. And just at the entrence of Luoyi Ancient City. Walls are super thin. People in China mostly wake up quite early and they are very loud-voiced… The breakfast is a bit poor, but okay. They do not have fork and knife for foreign visitors. You should being yours if you are not good with sticks. They should have a few ones. No English speaking personal at the reception, but they handle.

原來是洲際旗下的假日酒店，難怪這麼不錯。 新酒店設施新，有智能窗簾，智能馬桶。 一進門電視機自動打開，還顯示客户的名字，還有水果，讓疲憊的差旅多了一分温暖。 離高鐵站超級近，走路大概10分鐘就到。 早餐也很豐富，相比於這個價位，真的算超配，人員也特別友善，點了現煮的雲吞，看沒去拿，還主動幫忙送到桌上，另外一個同事沒去吃早餐，問能不能打包點，也都很熱情的説沒問題。 第二天退房，還送了禮物，大堂也有咖啡熱水，工作人員都很熱情貼心，值得寫這麼多文字點贊。

Best hotel that i've ever stayed in term of service. The people work at the front deck are so nice. They helped me & my grandma a lot from booking tickets to sightseeing area to booking taxi. Great location. Very close to the air port. Hotel provides free shuttle service to/from the air port.Room is size good and spacious. He's is very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

離新鄭機場挺近的，晚班飛機抵達或者要趕早班機的話很方便，酒店還提供免費的機場接送。房間雖然有點舊但是挺乾淨的，比較推薦，附近也有很多吃飯的地方

The hotel is well situated for those who have a transit through the city’s airport and need to stay a night. The staff were very friendly, picking me up from and taking me back to the airport. They also recommended places I could go to in the morning and helped with queries despite the language barrier. The room itself is very good quality for money. It was clean and ready when I arrived.
