We loved the whole experience. The whole place is spotless and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit I cannot say enough about the staff they are so professional and so friendly. We will definitely be back again.

RRayThis hotel is a good location for driving the Ring of Kerry and visiting the Dingle Peninsula. It's also about a 15-minute walk to downtown, and there is a local brewery a few blocks away with really good beer. If you drive, the parking lot is pretty small, with limited spaces. Staff was friendly and the room was clean, though if visiting in the summer, the air-conditioning is limited. As with most European hotels, no coffee in the lobby in the morning, but there is a convenient store across the street with really good coffee. If we were to visit Killarney again, we would definitely consider staying at the Dromhall.

We booked the Royal suite room in Killarney Royal Hotel for a night's stay. I must say the staff is very friendly, sweet and hospitable. We were welcomed to the room with loads of tasty treats. The room is huge and upto very high standards. Very cozy. We ordered food to the room, which was very delicious. The breakfast options and spread were amazing! The hotel is in the centre of the town, which is an ideal location. Very close to the Killarney national park where one has a many spots for sight seeing.

We had a lovely stay in the Great Southern Hotel Killarney last weekend, the bedroom was exceptionally nice and a walk in rain shower, the pool and all the amenities with it was very relaxing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we ate in the bar one evening, food was delicious and reasonably priced, Breakfast portions were a bit on the small side but still delicious and the service staff were very efficient, we have stayed here a few times in the past and we will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Killarney.

We stayed at Randles Hotel for 4 nights during a recent trip to County Kerry to explore family roots. The hotel itself and staff were first rate. After a couple long days exploring the area we ended the day in Wiggins Bar and restaurant and very much enjoyed the food and ambience there. (They have an excellent duck salad!) The service was also excellent and one of the staff (Shane) went over and above by making some phone calls to help us locate some relatives in Listry. That connection made our trip! We also liked the location of the hotel. It is a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in Killarney and even closer to the Killarney Park and Gardens. It is also just across the street from Killarney Brewing with their tasty craft beers and flat bread pizzas. One quibble had to do with the set up of our room. As a couple traveling we expected a single Queen or King bed but instead our room was set up as a triple with 3 single beds. We had used a travel agent to help us plan this trip so we weren’t sure how this happened but they weren’t able to either reconfigure our room or move us to another room during the 4 nights we were there. A word to the wise is to check and make sure they have a room set up the way you want during booking. Despite the undesirable room set up, we rated this hotel highly because of the location, helpful staff, overall ambiance and restaurant/bar.

We attended a wedding reception at the Oaks. It was my first time at this hotel. We arrived a little stressed from Killarney traffic and parking! First impressions were that it is lovely and there is so much parking near the hotel itself - ideal for heels! Checkin was a breeze. I expected queues etc with most guests staying over - really well organised. There seems to be only one lift, but it was very efficient, I don't think we ever waited for it - I didn't ever find the stairs! Drinks reception was lovely, we went into the bar for a while, also lovely. The function room was lovely and the meal was fabulous. I loved the bed, just so comfy and I was just the right amount warm. We had turned off the heating when we dropped our bags earlier - otherwise the room would have been suffocatingly warm. My only gripe about the room is the taps in the bathroom. For me they turned the wrong way, although my OH thought I was mad! But I instinctively tried to turn them the other way every time - that is fine to turn on as you just turn the other way - but I ended up soaking myself and the floor numerous times when I turned them fully on when trying to turn off. I also didn't like that not a mixer tap, as the hot water was gloriously hot, but just a little too hot for a bathroom sink. Breakfast was lovely. I ate from their continential breakfast range and it was just what I wanted. OH had a cooked breakfast as did lots of other guests and everyone loved it. Once I discovered the coffee pot, endless coffee. I did hear some complaints about the toaster - one of those you feed in the bread - that it needed a few rounds to get the bread toasted. Checkout was another breeze. Overall, lovely hotel, really efficient and friendly staff.

Excellent location. The room was very spacious with two beds which were very comfortable and the room temperature could be easily adjusted. Very clean bathroom and shower. The staff were efficient and friendly. I stay here on many occasions for work and I love the food especially the breakfast buffet, this hotel is one of my favourite hotels to stay in when I am working in the Kerry area. I would highly recommend it to anyone. There are shops a short walking distance from the hotel and the town centre is only a short drive or Taxi ride away. Well worth a visit and this hotel is exceptionally good value especially given the standard of the room and the excellent breakfast. Well done to all the staff for making it an enjoyable stay.
